Protesting Parents Halt California SB276 Hearing
Today, the hotly contested California Senate Bill 276 (SB276) was heard in front of the Appropriations Committee chaired by Assembly Member Lorena Gonzalez. While previously sitting in the suspense file, where the Appropriations Committee sends any bill with an annual cost of more than $150,000 to be considered after the state budget has been prepared, SB276 was ruled on with no testimony as is common with such votes.
As the hearing began, Gonzalez stated, “I’m going to take one bill out of order because I realized there are a number of people who travelled, some long distance, to hear this bill. I think there was miscommunication on how quickly these go along.”
From there, the motions were sufficient to get SB276 out of the suspense file on a B roll call. Next up for SB276 will be an assembly vote along party lines next week.
Immediately after, Gonzalez was greeted with opposition from within the Appropriations Committee audience. Several members climbed onto their chairs, one holding an upside-down American flag, in protest of the bill’s removal from the suspense file and refused to move.
Gonzalez told the protestors, “We can’t have people just standing on chairs all during the meeting…I’m going to have to ask the Sergeant at Arms to ask you to sit down or leave.” The standoff continued forcing Gonzalez to temporarily recess the hearing.
Chanting “You have not represented California for all,” the protestors continued as more voices joined while the committee was forced to remain on extended recess for over an hour. Among those voicing their opposition to the bill were members of Latinos for Medical Freedom, Parents United 4 Kids, and others. Refusing to step down off the chairs, the California Highway Patrol was reportedly called. Gonzalez began the committee after over an hour of recess and was comically forced to speed read the remainder of the bills over the continued, disrupting chants.
Days before today’s hearing, over a thousand people gathered in Sacramento on the steps of the state capitol to protest SB276. The peaceful protest saw speeches by HighWire host and founder of the Informed Consent Action Network Del Bigtree, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and others.
Australia has got foreign interests BANGING ON OUR DOOR wanting to take over Australia’s Health Care System.
They will bring in their own people wherever possible.

THAT THE AUSTRALIAN POLITICAL ARENAS HAVE BORROWED HAND OVER FIST
TO SQUANDER ON RUBBISH.
WE REALLY HAVE NO CHOICE. BUT TO GIVE OVER THE WHOLE SYSTEM TO THEM.
IF IT DOES NOT HAPPEN TODAY IT WILL HAPPEN TOMORROW.

It seems that I have reached an impasse with The Royal Eye & Ear Hospital.
And then there is the application with VCAT – taken out by my eldest daughter Vacillika Tigerlilly Konestabo to have my freedom taken away from me. To have me be incarcerated – against my wishes – into an Aged Care facility & control of my finances taken away from me.
I’m looking at politicians in Victoria’s to whom I can turn in my hour of despair.

The Hon Gabrielle Williams = Minister for WOMEN
The Hon Jenny Mikakos = Minister for Health.
I’m not sure who has the portfolio for the aged ??
Then of course there is The Hon Daniel Andrews = Premier.
I have already informed Mr. Peter Khalil, my local Federal Member of Parliament.
But I can go as high as the Prime Minister of Australia if I so choose.
My fingers will drop off soon.
I will have the head of John The Baptist foe my very own trophy here.
Bump In The Night:.
Black-eyed Children.
Black-eyed children are a contemporary legend of supposed paranormal creatures that resemble children between the ages of 6 & 16, with pale skin & black eyes, who are reportedly seen hitchhiking or panhandling, or are encountered on doorsteps of residential homes. These children have been known to roam the roads since the 1980\’s.
They speak in a monotone voice, they don\’t breathe & their origins are unknown.
What are we talking about here ??
If these beings are real & not some fabricated fabel.
If these children are real, what cold they be ??
You waiting for me to come back & tell you ??
Andrew just came by & we talked about Joseph & what to do with his. ashes, among other things.
I wonder if these children are not the tortured, tormented & abused rage of the souls of real children, looking for their mothers.
Or the terror & rage of children who suffered & were murdered at by their hands of abusers.
How many children are taken / vanish every year ??
How many children were abused & murdered in institutions by the very persons who were charged to care for them.
Like every good haunting, as the graves / truth is discovered the enraged energy dissipates.
I would venture to say that the energy is dangerous, but not like that of a humas, but like a wild energy.

I’d like to tell the story of Jimmy the barber again please.
Jimmy was a family friend, I was 16 & some believed that I brought good luck., I was not really aware of it but Jimmy seemed to be.
He asked if i could go to Caulfield Racecourse with him … shhhh … I did not know why he wanted this but I went. I sat quietly as Jimmy ran back & forth from the bookies & he lost every bet.
The last race he took me to see the horses that were running & asked me to pick a horse, I looked & saw a big red horse standing out above the rest & said, “That one,” Jimmy said it would not win because it had already won 2 races.
I insisted & off he went to bet.
At this point know that I only chose it because it looked like a nice horse.
For some reason he was compelled, against his better judgement, to make a sizable bet on my horse.
His bets lost & my horse paid out 33 to 1.
Weird or what & then there was the lotto ticked that came out 6 numbers straight – alas no one bought it that week.
