A theoretical, and entirely legitimate, question arises when we seek to perceive the truth among the scraps of information that we receive every day from the traditional media: is the directed energy weapon secretly used to make room for “smart cities” infrastructure in Australia? A directed energy weapon emits energy in a desired direction without the need for a projectile. It transfers energy to a target for the desired effect. The desired effects on humans may or may not be lethal.

In addition to its use on people or as a potential missile defense, directed energy technology has also been shown to stop or disable moving cars, drones, jet skis and electronic devices such as cell phones. An electrolaser allows (thanks to the laser) that the blooming occurs (forming a channel / path of ionized air of conductor), then sends a powerful electric current through the channel / path of plasma formed in the direction of the target, much like lightning. It works like a giant version of the Taser or a high-energy electric pulse pistol over a long distance.

On December 11, 2019, Julie Kern wrote on the Futura-Sciences site: “The fires in Australia do not seem to be ending. It has been almost five months since the beginning of August that the country of kangaroos burns everywhere. The regions of New South Wales and Queensland are the most affected. More than three million hectares have been devastated by the flames in these two regions. Currently, 87 homes are still active covering a perimeter of more than ten kilometers. They are essentially  bush fires which progress quickly and produce a lot of smoke which suffocates cities like Sydney. The fires also damaged precious ecosystems that house endangered animals, and more than 684 homes were consumed by the flames. Despite the emergency, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has not declared a climate emergency in his country. ”

On December 22, 2019, the Sky News reported the Prime Minister’s words that there were “many other factors” than the climate change responsible for the fires that killed at least nine people.
“There is no argument, in my opinion, or from the point of view of the government, and any government in the country, about the links between the broader issues of global climate change and weather events around the world – but I I’m sure people would also recognize that direct connection to a single fire is not a credible suggestion. ”

The “official” news continues to say that the fires were caused by high heat and drought due to climate change and high winds. According to these sources, the earth has become so hot that the trees and grass have caught fire or is so dry that fires have spread over the grass and passed from one house to another even if the grass and brush between the burned houses was still green. For too hot soil, it should be at least 172 degrees C. (341.6 F.) as this is the temperature at which the hay burns (which is drier than the grass) and between 190 and 260 degrees Celsius (374 to 500 degrees F) for wood depending on the type and condition of it. In addition, warmer weather should bring more rain as more water is drawn from the ocean, creating clouds of rain. In the Contracts for Weather Control document, you can read at the bottom of page 13 how HAARP disperses storms and can create winds up to 70 mph.

The order of the day is to convince people that global warming is real in order to gain their acceptance to lose their rights and to shape their lifestyles into a single dictatorial world government.

Although the fire map is not evidence of the use of directed energy weapons, it is strange that almost the entire continent burns at the same time, around the same time that California burns. Australia has had bush fires before, but not nearly as much and at the same time. Mainstream media continues to blame climate change for the hot, dry conditions. As noted above, it must be at least 374 to 500 degrees F for the wood to start burning. (Chemtrail Planet)

Planning for 5G  “smart cities” in Australia

High view to Hyde Park, Sydney at night Driven by cutting-edge technology and infrastructure, smart cities have progressed, embraced a future concept and are now becoming a reality, with the Australian government initiating a new plan to “transform cities and regional sites ”. The “smart city plan” will include new mechanisms to monitor and control society through technology, including intelligent management of infrastructure functions, ground and air sensors, surveillance with facial recognition, “Sustainable projects” and more.

Many systems are already there, and over the next decade, regions of the country are expected to interconnect to create a national 5G smart grid controlled by advanced biometric technologies. By 2021, the number of devices connected to the Internet of Things (IoT) is expected to double, and one major development that is already happening around the world to respond to this increase is the “smart city revolution”.

Using information and communication technologies, a “smart city” aims to provide personalized and intelligent services to residents, businesses and, most importantly, authorities. A smart city is officially defined by international standards as:

“Efficient integration of physical, digital and human systems into the built environment to provide a sustainable, prosperous and inclusive future for its citizens. “(ISO PAS 180, 2014).

A smart city uses data from IoT devices and sensors, widely used by artificial intelligence systems, to improve the city’s service experience, using “smart management” of resources to mitigate problems such as congestion, crime and pollution. Common themes found in smart city designs include: CCTV cameras with facial recognition capabilities, “smart lights” and LED sensors, pedestrian trackers, city movement monitoring systems and “ environmental analyzes ”to understand air quality such as dust, pollution and temperature.

The technology to create this type of smart city is already available and used around the world, including bins that compost, street lights that darken when not needed and light up when pedestrians pass, moment sensors and apps advising live data and much more.
