In this presentation on targeted individuals, I will cover a lot of new territory that I did not in my last interview with you, but when I do repeat some things that I spoke of the last time, it will be relevant to the new info I am covering.
The following is a short but important history of governments abusing not only their own citizens but those in foreign nations.
Between 1945 and 1990 Germany was (to simplify a little) divided in two – West Germany, integrated into NATO and Western markets, and East Germany, in the Soviet dominated Eastern Bloc.
After the East German popular uprising of June 1953 (suppressed by Soviet troops) the government gave the Stasi the task of systematic surveillance and prevention of unrest in the population.
The Stasi was the East German secret police, and that country had the highest proportion of informants and secret police in history: 1 in 60 people were involved by 1989.
The Zersetzung of individuals was usually carried out by systematically undermining the target’s quality of life (both socially and in the workplace) with the intention of simply destroying the target’s confidence. The tactics took various forms, such as spreading slanderous rumours, causing trouble at work etc. Rumours and information (such as about unacceptable political viewpoints, inappropriate behaviour, the possibility they may be an informant etc) that were passed on to work colleagues, bosses and social circles might be based on true facts, but were often plausible untruths that were difficult or impossible to refute.
How did the Stasi persuade people to become informants?
Appeals to patriotism
Cash or material reward
Blackmail (eg offers of immunity from threatened prosecution)
Making the mission sound like an exciting adventure
And its common sense that these are some of the same ways that Americans, Canadians, Brits, Australians and civilians in other nations work with their governments to try to destroy the lives of their fellow citizens.
The final stages of harassment entailed psychological and physical harassment: moving things around at home (one morning the alarm clock goes off at 5am instead of 7am, and the socks are in the wrong drawer, there’s no coffee left…); damage to bikes and vehicles (eg slashing tyres); the spreading of rumours as mentioned above; ordering goods in subject’s name etc.
During the 1950s and ’60s, the CIA used brainwashing, hypnosis, and torture on thousands of subjects brutalized by the infamous Project MK Ultra experiments.
MK/ULTRA was a series of top secret projects that conducted drug experiments on humans by CIA Technical Services Division (TSD).
Experiments using humans as guinea pigs for testing of drugs and techniques that might allow someone to control the mind of someone else.
These experiments were conducted with and WITHOUT informed consent.
MK-Ultra Program, which was a top-secret program that would use biological and chemical materials, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse and torture to extract information from the enemy, and render him incapacitated.
Some of the stated goals of the MK-Ultra program were to create substances that would:
1. Promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness so that a recipient would be discredited in public
2. Increase mental activity and perception
3. Cause a victim to age faster or slower
4. Cause temporary or permanent brain damage and loss of memory
5. Enhance the ability to withstand privation, torture, and coercion during interrogation
6. Produce amnesia for events both preceding and during their use
7. Produce shock and confusion over extended periods of time
8. Produce physical disablement, such as paralysis of the legs
9. Alter personality structure causing the recipient to become dependent upon another person
10. Lower ambition and working efficiency
11. Weaken or distort eyesight or hearing
12. Knock someone out and be surreptitiously administered in drinks, food, cigarettes, or as an aerosol
13. Make it impossible for someone to perform physical activity.
LSD was the preferred drug of choice
44 colleges and universities, 15 research foundations and pharmaceutical companies, 12 hospitals and clinics, and three penal institutions across North America were used for MK-Ultra research that included administering LSD, painkillers, and other drugs.
The Phoenix Program
From 1967 to 1971, the Central Intelligence Agency ran a secret government operation called Phoenix. (4) At the time, the program was classified and, due to the unpopularity of the Vietnam War, it received wide public scrutiny. In fact, many war protesters called it an illegal assassination program.
The Phoenix Program’s official stated purpose was to gather intelligence on the communist Viet Cong and share that information with South Vietnamese military and government leaders.
According to some sources, more than 25,000 suspected Viet Cong were killed, many of them assassinated, as part of the operation. The Phoenix Program program designed, coordinated, and executed by the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), United States special operations forces, special forces operatives from the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam and the Republic of Vietnam’s (South Vietnam) security apparatus during the Vietnam War. The program was in operation between 1965 and 1972, and similar efforts existed both before and after that period. By 1972, Phoenix operatives had “neutralized” 81,740 suspected NLF operatives, informants and supporters, of whom 26,369 were killed.
The chief aspect of the Phoenix Program was the collection of intelligence information. NLF members would then be neutralized (captured, converted, or killed). Emphasis for the enforcement of the operation was placed on local government militia and police forces, rather than the military, as the main operational arm of the program. Historian Douglas Valentine states that “Central to Phoenix is the fact that it targeted civilians, not soldiers”. [Source: Wikipedia +]
Neutralization took place under special laws that allowed the arrest and prosecution of suspected communists. To avoid abuses such as phony accusations for personal reasons, or to rein in overzealous officials who might not be diligent enough in pursuing evidence before making arrests, the laws required three separate sources of evidence to convict any individual targeted for neutralization.
COINTELPRO, in full Counterintelligence Program, counterintelligence program was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from 1956 to 1971 to discredit and neutralize organizations considered subversive to U.S. political stability. It was covert and often used extralegal means to criminalize various forms of political struggle and derail several social movements, such as those for civil rights in the Black Panther Party, the American Indian movement, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, the KKK, and Puerto Rican independence.
According to attorney Brian Glick in his book War at Home, the FBI used four main methods during COINTELPRO:
Infiltration: Agents and informers did not merely spy on political activists. Their main purpose was to discredit and disrupt. Their very presence served to undermine trust and scare off potential supporters. The FBI and police exploited this fear to smear genuine activists as agents.
Psychological warfare: The FBI and police used myriad “dirty tricks” to undermine progressive movements. They planted false media stories and published bogus leaflets and other publications in the name of targeted groups. They forged correspondence, sent anonymous letters, and made anonymous telephone calls. They spread misinformation about meetings and events, set up pseudo movement groups run by government agents, and manipulated or strong-armed parents, employers, landlords, school officials and others to cause trouble for activists.
Legal harassment: The FBI and police abused the legal system to harass dissidents and make them appear to be criminals. Officers of the law gave perjured testimony and presented fabricated evidence as a pretext for false arrests and wrongful imprisonment. They discriminatorily enforced tax laws and other government regulations and used conspicuous surveillance, “investigative” interviews, and grand jury subpoenas in an effort to intimidate activists and silence their supporters.
Illegal force: The FBI conspired with local police departments to threaten dissidents; to conduct illegal break-ins in order to search dissident homes; and to commit vandalism, assaults, beatings and assassinations. The object was to frighten, or eliminate, dissidents and disrupt their movements.
This ties right into how targeted individuals are abused by their government because of some kind of fabricated crime file and/or video of the target being guilty of something shown to ruin their reputation-No one has proven it exists but faking a criminal record to smear a person’s reputation is an old tactic used by law enforcement.
Its basically a way to shut people up while pretending to serve the good of the people.
the Known or Suspected Terrorist (KST) File is maintained by the FBI and is accessible to federal, state, and local law enforcement entities nationwide through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
KST is part of a vast system of domestic surveillance of people whom law enforcement labels suspect based on vague and loose criteria,
with serious constitutional and privacy implications for those who are included in the File. Such individuals may be stigmatized as potential terrorists and are vulnerable to increased law enforcement scrutiny, often without knowing that they are on a secret watchlist, and without a meaningful way to confirm or contest their inclusion
The number of individuals tracked by the VGTOF/KST File has increased exponentially. From just over 13,000 entries in 2003, VGTOF ballooned to 272,198 entries in 2008, and KST is 2 likely far larger today. Such dramatic growth does not reflect a commensurate increase in terrorist activity inside the United States during that time. In fact, terrorist activity in the United States since 2001 has been historically low and declining. Rather, the watchlist’s growth appears to result from a combination of the FBI’s decision to loosen the requirements for inclusion in the watchlist and the FBI’s shift in focus from federal law enforcement to domestic intelligence gathering.
The primary purpose of the VGTOF/KST File is not law enforcement, but the surveillance
and tracking of individuals for indefinite periods
Obtaining redress for erroneous inclusion on VGTOF/KST is extremely difficult:
The government does not confirm whether individuals who suspect that they have been
adversely affected by placement on a watchlist are, in fact, watchlisted.125
· The procedure for challenging erroneous inclusion on the terrorist watchlist is opaque,
one-sided, and non-participatory.
State and major urban area fusion centers (fusion centers) serve as primary focal points within the state and local environment for the receipt, analysis, gathering, and sharing of threat-related information among federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) partners
Fusion centers conduct analysis and facilitate information sharing, assisting law enforcement and homeland security partners in preventing, protecting against, and responding to crime and terrorism.
Fusion centers are owned and operated by state and local entities with support from federal partners in the form of:
Fusion centers contribute to the Information Sharing Environment through their role in receiving threat information from the federal government; analyzing that information in the context of their local environment; disseminating that information to local agencies; and gathering tips, leads, and suspicious activity reporting from local agencies and the public.
Beyond serving as a focal point for information sharing, fusion centers add significant value to their customers by providing a state and local context to help enhance the national threat picture.
When you research organized gang stalking and targeted individuals online you will often find articles stating that state fusion centers play the main part in the target’s harassment and some people speculate that the civilian harassers are trained at these facilities, but the elephant in the room is that as evil as so many people are, the only real domestic terrorists are those pretending to be searching for them be they the local PD, homeland security, the FBI, the NSA and all other “terrorist watchlist” agencies.
VOICE TO SKULL AND MORE RNM
The remote monitoring of our brain and body can be done based on two principles:
The human intellect things at a speed of about 60 bits per second and supercomputers work at a speed of TWENTY terabits per second and therefore, our mind does not have the capability to contest with supercomptuers acting through satellites implants and biotelemetry but to this I will add that ground based radio and microwave phased array antennas probably do the trick without satellites and that its most likely that all of us have some kind of nano robotics inside of us enabling the transmission of our thoughts at the speed of light.
The second reason why remote neural monitoring can be pulled off on us is that the human brain has a characteristic set of bioelectric resonance structure and by using supercomptuers, the RNM system can home in our individual frequencies and send messages through an individuals’ nervous system in order to control and monitor their performance .
RNM can send encrypted signals to the audio cortex of teh brain directly circumventing the ear and as I said last in my last interview, supposedly the RNM tech can perform electrical mapping of our cerebrum’s activity from the visual center, which is achieved by avoiding the eyes and the optic nerve so they can project images from the subject’s mind onto a video display which can be analyzed.
From ‘How does V2K voice to skull work? From Techist, Tomorrow’s Technology Today
Voice to skul or V2K is considered a “non-lethal” weapon as well as a mind control device-It was supposedly created by the U.S. Airforce using microwaves to create sound in people’s heads, and pulsed microwave voice to skull transmission was discovered during WWII by radar technicians.
Voice to skull is a silent sound device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of a person or animals with high or low freququencies of pulsed microwave radiation and the sound can either be an audio subliminal message in what you think is your own inner voice, or literally someone else’s voice be it one or more live operators or a chatterbox or some kind of recordings.
I’ve spoken with some people who think that they have live operators, but as far as I’m concerned advanced AI can easily synthetize human speech from samples and that most V2K is recorded and because
Even though you can not hear the silent subliminal messages, your brain can still interpret the words
The signal can be transmitted in the 420 -450 megahertz band or the 1.3 gigaherts band with a highly directional antenna
So because the silent sound is very faint the person interprets them as his or her own thoughts and only those things that a person is familiar with can be manipulated and it goes without saying that the targeted person is the only person that can hear the audible voice.
Voice to skull tech is sometimes referred to as synthetic telepathy and supposedly, current-day voice to skull can not be stopped by any known electromagnetic shielding and the pulsed microwaves supposedly can go through solid brick and stone walls-Because the human brain converts the train of microwave pulses back to an inaudible or your own inner voice, there is no conscious defense against this form of hypnosis and I do not know now many minor and major skits I have taken part of in which I said and did things that I now know I otherwise would not have said and done and this IS a form of waking hypnosis, but with standard hypnosis you can not be hypnotized against your will Voice to skull technology can also manipulate dreams and cause people sleep deprivation.
It is very common for targeted individuals to report a very frequent or constant ringing in their ears as in tinnitus-Not all targeted individuals report voice to skull in the loud or audible voices of one or more people, but I am sure that the ones who do get this torture also get silent subliminals because without our own inner voice telling us what to say and do, a lot of the harassment tactics would not work as well as they do when a person IS under some form of waking hypnosis while keeping in mind that not only are we getting subliminal orders as what to say in our own inner voice we’re also getting emotional and/or body manipulation as in whomever is overseeing the remote neural monitoring operation on a target controlling what they say and do and also what they feel and think after a skit is done-I have lived this shit too long to be wrong, but I think that its possible that a lot of the remote manipulation of not only targeted individuals but the entire population of the world is done by artificial intelligence or super computers-Its a question of how many human operators would be required to pull this off 24/7/365-
According to literature by Silent Sounds Inc., it is now possible using supercomptuers to analyze human emotional EEG patterns and replicate them, then store their emotional signature clusters on another computer and at will, silently induce and change the emotional state of a human being and from my recollection, they were doing this shit to me in early 1990’s -Obviously I can not say exactly how it was done because I can only go by what’s been released online.
Some of the effects of radiation harassmet technology or V2K include:
Nausea, headaches, tinittus, vibrate certain muscles in our body, give throat irritation, listen to your thoughts, cause minor malfunctions in electronic equipement causing lights to flicker or in some cases even rended the equipment useless. The can screw with the thermostat causing the air conditioner to come on, clog your ears as they do when you go higher in elevation, give you hyperventilation, body aches and pains, and manipulate a person’s emotions by making them angry or inducing anxiety-They can make a person cry or laugh.
If you go by what’s online, artificial telepathy which falls under remote neural monitoring theoritically can have access to all of your passwords, PIN numbers and personal secrets because your mind can be read-And at the same time, I do not believe in secure anything online as the militaries and the intelligence agencies of the world have always had full access to any method of data transmission that uses electricity, radio waves or microwaves.
So when I say voice to skull it includes artifical telepathy or the reading of our thoughts as the RNM reads our bodily functions as it supposedly also maps how our brains work as they work towards their transhumanist singularity and their sick fuck post-human world, but I also know that just as there are aspects of simulation theory that are bullshit, not everything that we are told as to how they control and read our minds can fully be trusted because this information is coming from the government, their contractors and subcontrators as well as universities who also serve the globalist agenda in their own ways.
What DARPA tells us should also be suspect to a degree.
And tragically, some peopel are driven to real mental illness from their voice to skull torture including a false diagnosis for schizophrenia the true cases of which are very rare as the schizophrenic diagnosis was probably created to cover up for these mind controlling technologies
Every targeting campaign has the same basic blueprint: Surveilance, noise campaign, mobbing, stalking and electronic harassment but not everyone gets the exact same protocol because they are literally tailor made or customized to each individual to maxamize the damage done to them.
I have never covered this on my You Tube channel but electronic harassme involves ANYTHING that has to do with electronics from direct energy weapons to microwave hearing, V2K, and computer hacking.
They can access your fridge, they can change the display dates and clocks on your appliances, the can rerogram your computer and television programs, they can access your security alarm, air conditioner and heater.
Quick note: Websites dedicated to gang stalking and electronic harassment have poppuled up in India, China, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Russia and elsewhere but when the news does cover targeting, it is always done in a way to make the people appear to be mentally ill and foolish.
There used to be a You Tube channel called ‘Omnisense’ and I am pretty sure that he now has a blog which none of my browsers will allow me access to, but on the website of Ramola D., ‘Everyday Concerned.Net, the man called ‘Omnisense’ has a long list of directed energy weapons, remote neural monitoring and other tortures which he has been subjected to and its a very long list-The only reason that I beleive most of what he writes about is because I’ve read some very credible people and spoken with people whose judgement I trust that the technology can easily induce these tortures.
BUT-and this is free speech, when you go through Ramola’s website, keep in mind that some of what you read might not be true as in some of it is disinformation, so use your discernment and never just beleive everything that you read no matter how many references or sources the author claims, and a good example of this is Brendan Murphy’s article on why most peer-reviewed science is not legitimate-Hell, look at the perhaps thousands of textbooks and probably hundreds of thousands of “scientific” studies on viruses when none have ever been isoalted, purified, characterized and shown to cause infection in another person.
So the fake online TI community IS rife with fear porn disinformation which some very real and legitimate truths are also found within-They try to keep people as distracted and confused as possible.

WHY hynotism works using the TV and other means
TV’s Impact on the Brain
BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION AND REINFORCEMENT OF BRAINWASHING IN A HYPNOTIC STATE
Watching TV puts the brain into an Alpha state (which is linked to relaxed states, meditation, and increased suggestibility), meaning it is basically in a state similar to hypnosis. By watching TV, we are put into a form of ‘mind fog’, which is just blank and empty nothingness. Researchers have said that watching television is similar to staring at a blank wall for several hours.
Television is actually a series of rapid images—opposed to an unbroken stream—which is what causes our brains to enter into this Alpha state and continues to draw our attention to the screen.
By turning the television off and reading instead, our brains enter into a Beta state, which is linked to logical and critical thinking.
Your subconscious mind, which carries all your memories and beliefs and makes you who you are, is directly programmed by watching television.
The flicker-induced hypnotic state
Your mind slips into the hypnotic trance state within seconds of watching TV. This lowers your brainwaves to a lower ‘alpha state’ commonly associated with meditation and deep relaxation. This is believed to be caused by the screen flicker and explains why you feel sleepy while watching TV.
Under this state of trance, your subconscious mind becomes highly suggestible and whatever information you receive from the TV becomes part of your memory pool.
Since beliefs are nothing but memories, this information has the tendency to alter your beliefs or form new ones when it seeps into your subconscious mind. You might think the remote is in your hand and you’re watching the programs but, in truth, you are the one who is getting programmed.
Freeing your mind is all about finding out what beliefs you are holding in your subconscious, bringing them to consciousness and then eliminating the ones that have no compelling evidence or any basis in reality.
Our conscious mind is a security guard that ensures only information that we already believe in is allowed into the subconscious mind so that our pre-existing beliefs get strengthened. It has the tendency to reject any information that does not match our pre-existing belief systems.
The natural consequence of a hypnotic trance state is that your conscious filters are turned off and you are unable to critically analyze the information that you are receiving.
Moreover, when you watch TV you are not able to do any thinking because information is bombarded continuously into your mind. You get no time to process what you are watching.
Your conscious mind is eliminated from the equation and the information that you receive continues to become part of your belief system.
Compare this to reading where you can stop, think and reflect after each line that you read. You, the reader, sets the pace while you are reading and not the book. TV, on the other hand, keeps on pouring information like wine into the glass of your unconscious mind and before you know it, you are already drunk.
our entire childhood was essentially a period of hypnosis. We picked up beliefs from all over the place because our conscious faculty was not fully developed. We did not have the ability to question our beliefs and actions.
This is strong proof of the fact that our subconscious mind cannot differentiate between things that we see on the screen and reality. That’s why we believed all that we saw on TV when we were kids and tried to copy what we saw.
Everyone is under some form of remote neural monitoring and if a person is a targeted individual AND they watch TV then they are making the “job” of controlling their mind that much easier. These are not mere words. Its the obvious truth. I have not looked into it, Adam, but I am positive that watching You Tube and other fear porn disinformation videos adds yet another layer of societal programming AND fear.
Over a year ago, for the hell of it, I started listening to a David Icke video and I felt almost stoned. Then I stopped the video and my mind cleared up a bit, then I played it again and I felt that numbing feeling in my brain and this is not reading into Jack shit. Over time, my discernment has gotten much better-And besides, David Icke has barely said anything truly worthwhile.
And the stupid belief that a truther can watch a disinformation agent’s video or listen to a disinformation and/or controlled opposition podcast and “take in the meat and spit out the bones” as in using good discernment to separate the truth from bullshit is delusional because no matter how strong a mind you have, no matter how powerful your will is, your brain is soaking ALL of the informaiton in and the disinformation and misinformation will bypass your most of your aware critical filters and become part of your mind’s unconscious reasoning.
I stopped listening to and watching nearly all fear porn crap about sixteen-months ago and I kid you not when I state that my mind works shaper and more objectively because my self-respect will not tolerate these liars.
So the TV, and most truther videos and podcasts are a form of psychotronic warfare on our minds, and there has always been a war on for our minds-In time, people can find better ways to amuse themselves and I’m not trying to be a dick-If someone wants to watch some mindless stuff on TV, then go for it, but keep in mind that sit-com you are watching is keeping you in a hypnotic state and just as all well-known standup comedians use comedy to get your defenses down to program you, so too do these situation comedies as they push mostly unrealistic ways of human interaction.
HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR REAL THOUGHTS AND THOSE FROM THE RADIO FREQUENCY OR PULSED MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGIES
Its common for people with Autism, ADHD, and any type of anxiety disorder to have violent, perverted, catastrophic or worse case scenario thoughts because when you have been through repeated traumas, its normal to think in ABnormal ways-But the silent sound part of voice to skull technology can slip a stream of negative thoughts WITH images to accompany the thoughts or just give you the same worrying repetitious thoughts which are ruminations which are defined as engaging in a repetitive negative thought process that loops continuously in the mind without end or completion. The pattern can be distressing, difficult to stop, and unusually involves repeating a negative thought or trying to solve an evasive problem-I KNOW that all targeted people get these things and I KNOW that some of them are from trauma as in their own organic mind and some of this absolutely is frequency technology literally beaming in encrypted signals into their brains giving them a stream of thoughts and images.
Keep in mind that its always supposed to appear that whatever goes wrong in the target’s life is all their fault with nothing to do with the government and their literal army of civilian harassers.
Unwanted intrusive thoughts are stuck thoughts that cause great distress. They seem to come from out of nowhere, arrive with a distressing whoosh, and trigger anxiety, guilt, disgust, panic, or misery. The content of unwanted intrusive thoughts often focuses on sexual or violent or socially unacceptable images.
Typical examples include killing someone, torturing a pet, stabbing or molesting a child, throwing someone (or yourself) out of a window or in front of a train, raping someone, taking off your clothes in public, grabbing a stranger’s hand. Some refer to sudden doubts, like “Did I hurt someone or make a bad mistake and not realize it?”
Many unwanted intrusive thoughts have more benign content—repetitive doubts about relationships, decisions small and large, sexual orientation or identity, concerns about safety, religion, or death, or worries about questions that cannot be answered with certainty.
People who experience unwanted intrusive thoughts become afraid that they might commit the acts they picture in their mind. They also fear that the thoughts mean something terrible about them.
And the remote neural monitoring technology does this at the speed of light using computers that work far faster than a human can think.
I have heard many accounts of people getting fkd up thoughts in their head out of the blue such as a woman who was doing dishes and suddenly had the urge to stick her hand in the garbage disposal unit, or the targeted guy in New York city who out of nowhere had the urge to jump onto the train tracks at a subway station.
So you have disturbing as hell intrusive thoughts popping into your mind out of nowhere (pulsed microwaves) then you hae ruminations which are a repetitive negative thought process that loops continuously in the mind without end or completion. The pattern can be distressing, difficult to stop, and unusually involves repeating a negative thought or trying to solve an evasive problem
People who ruminate have a history of emotional or physical trauma
They are facing ongoing stressors that can’t be controlled
And this perfectly describes what targets go through, so the point being is that our minds obsess and ruminate due to trauma and daily stressors and our minds can ruminate or have obsessive thoughts that are literally coming from a super computer trying to make us hate ourselves, feel guilty, and to just gas light ourself and question our sanity.
The only way to effectively deal with unwanted intrusive thoughts is to reduce one’s sensitivity to them. Not by being reassured that it won’t happen or is not true, but by rising above it.
Unwanted intrusive thoughts are reinforced by getting entangled with them, worrying about them, struggling against them, and trying to reason them away. They are also made stronger by trying to avoid them. Leave the thoughts alone, treat them as if they are not even interesting, and they will eventually fade into the background.
Here are the steps for changing your attitude and overcoming unwanted intrusive thoughts:
Label these thoughts as “intrusive.”
Remind yourself that these thoughts are automatic, unimportant, and not up to you.
Accept and allow the thoughts into your mind. Do not try to push them away.
Float and practice allowing time to pass.
Remember that less is more. Pause. Give yourself time. There is no urgency.
Expect the thoughts to come back again.
Continue whatever you were doing prior to the intrusive thought while allowing the anxiety to be present.
Engage with the thoughts in any way.
Push the thoughts out of your mind.
Try to figure out what the thoughts “mean.”
Check to see if this is “working.’
4. Question your thoughts
We often ruminate when we think we’ve made a major mistake or when something traumatic has happened to us that we feel responsible for.
If you start ruminating on a troubling thought, try putting your repetitive thought in perspective.
Thinking more about how your troubling thought might not be accurate may help you stop ruminating because you realize the thought makes little sense.
Be proactive in trying to solve your problems. First identify problems in your life and then start taking actions to solve your problems, one step at a time
Set your own expectations. Negative ruminating thoughts can creep in when we question our self-worth. Praise yourself for your successes and forgive yourself for your mistakes. Constantly work on building your self-esteem by taking care of yourself and doing things you enjoy and excel at.
Readjust your life’s goals
Perfectionism and unrealistic goal setting can lead to rumination. If you set goals that are unrealistic, you may start to focus on why and how you haven’t reached a goal, or what you should have done to reach it.
Setting more realistic goals that you’re capable of achieving can reduce the risks of overthinking your own actions.
Work on enhancing your self-esteem
Many people who ruminate report difficulties with self-esteem. In fact, lack of self-esteem can be associated with increased rumination. It’s also been linked with increased risk of depression.
Enhancement of self-esteem can be accomplished in many ways. For instance, building on existing strengths can add to a sense of mastery, which can enhance self-esteem.
Some people may choose to work on the enhancement of self-esteem in psychotherapy. As you enhance your self-esteem, self-efficacy may also be enhanced. You may find that you’re better able to control rumination.
This approach can be difficult to apply. But for anyone who tries it for just a few weeks, there is an excellent chance that they will see a decrease in the frequency and intensity of unwanted intrusive thoughts.
Learn To Let Go
If you do find yourself thinking about something that is distressing, don’t beat yourself up over it. In fact, try not even engage with the thought as much as possible. Try to just focus on what you’re doing at the moment instead of dwelling on those thoughts for too long. Sometimes we have obsessive thoughts because they help us avoid a more painful or difficult feeling. Recognizing this can be helpful when trying to deal with them so that they will come less frequently.
The idea is that you better learn to tolerate the discomfort rather than amplifying it by running from it or using your compulsions to give you relief from them. The thoughts themselves are not dangerous. They are just thoughts. Nothing more. You don’t need to give them any more credit than that.
This is a pattern that you might see in several areas in your life. It may be that you not only have the more overt compulsive behaviors, but also more subtle forms of checking and seeking reassurance. For instance, in your case, you might spend a lot of mental energy and time reviewing past events, your own history, and trying to find evidence to convince yourself that you are not evil and murderous. Or you might ask other people for reassurance that they are not afraid of you etc. These can be forms of avoidance. Rather than recognizing the intrusive thought and letting it pass, you feel a sometimes desperate need to make it go away through your efforts. It doesn’t have to go away. There is no correlation between how big and scary your intrusive thoughts are and their likelihood of coming true.
Mindfulness is a strategy that helps you to sit with your thoughts more successfully without fully giving over to them. You work toward being less judgmental of your thoughts and categorizing them as good/bad or safe/unsafe. Practicing mindfulness (like actually practicing, frequently) will help you to be less derailed by your thoughts and will allow you to recognize them as being totally separate from your behaviors.
So all I just covered is for people who have a diagnosis of obsessions and/or ruminations and/or compulsions so for a targeted individual getting perverted and violent thoughts literally beamed into their brain, you can defuse this shit the same way that people who suffer disturbing ruminations and obsessive thoughts do-In the years that I wasted time researching how to deal with the targeting directly from the fake online TI community’s conference calls, videos, podcasts, social media, blogs and websites, not fucking ONCE did I read what I just covered for targets to get more control over their mind.
When I say that nearly everything that I have learned to make my life better did not come from the gatekeeping, government-controlled online TI community, I am not joking.
How the DSM is govt-sponsored and weaponized this relates to TIs because I assume that many go to the “mental health” system for anxiety, depression, ect and are put on medications which make them sicker-The mental health industry almost never cures,
the stigma of being labled with a mental illness screws with one’s self-esteem/sense of worth, its also to discredit someone, its to keep them under control and the side-effects of the meds sometimes include anxiety, depression, mood swings, delerium and psychosis.
The only evidence for the illness is the very behavior it purports to explain. Unlike diagnoses in real medicine, there is no actual illness behind the DSM symptom lists to provide genuine explanatory value. Those of us on this side of the debate have been pointing out this kind of circular reasoning for decades, but I have never seen or heard a convincing response from psychiatry. Instead, they continue to promote their “diagnoses” to their clients, the media, and the general public as if they had explanatory value – when in fact they have none.
A new study, published in Psychiatry Research, has concluded that psychiatric diagnoses are scientifically worthless as tools to identify discrete mental health disorders.
The study, led by researchers from the University of Liverpool, involved a detailed analysis of five key chapters of the latest edition of the widely used Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM), on ‘schizophrenia’, ‘bipolar disorder’, ‘depressive disorders’, ‘anxiety disorders’ and ‘trauma-related disorders’.
Diagnostic manuals such as the DSM were created to provide a common diagnostic language for mental health professionals and attempt to provide a definitive list of mental health problems, including their symptoms.
The main findings of the research were:
Psychiatric diagnoses all use different decision-making rules
There is a huge amount of overlap in symptoms between diagnoses
Almost all diagnoses mask the role of trauma and adverse events
Diagnoses tell us little about the individual patient and what treatment they need
The authors conclude that diagnostic labelling represents ‘a disingenuous categorical system’.
Although diagnostic labels create the illusion of an explanation they are scientifically meaningless and can create stigma and prejudice. I hope these findings will encourage mental health professionals to think beyond diagnoses and consider other explanations of mental distress, such as trauma and other adverse life experiences.”
Psychiatric diagnoses frequently and uncritically reported as ‘real illnesses’ are in fact made on the basis of internally inconsistent, confused and contradictory patterns of largely arbitrary criteria. The diagnostic system wrongly assumes that all distress results from disorder, and relies heavily on subjective judgments about what is normal.”
The concept of “mental illness” (aka “psychiatric disorder”) is strictly non-scientific. No science can ever illuminate, justify, or verify statements about “mental illness”. They are metaphysical rather than physical and science is wholly unequipped to jump the gap between those two kinds of ideas. However, there is a lot more in the DSM than just concepts of “mental illness” and how to ascribe diagnoses.
The DSM explains that science is not really the methodology behind psychiatry and that absolute or objective physical boundaries are neither the goal nor the intention of diagnostic guidelines. This acknowledgement that science and psychiatry are largely incompatible when it comes to the central matter of ‘psychopathology’ is essential to a proper understanding of the DSM and of psychiatric diagnosing.
Plenty of critically evaluated clinical anecdotes, statistical analyses, and other systematic examinations of psychiatric data and experiences are involved in revising the DSM. Very little of this is scientific.
COMPLEX PTSD and TIs
C-PTSD is caused by long-lasting trauma that continues or repeats for months, even years (commonly referred to as “complex trauma”).1
Unlike PTSD, which can develop regardless of what age you are when the trauma occurred, C-PTSD is typically the result of childhood trauma.
When it comes to C-PTSD, the harmful effects of oppression and racism can add layers to complex trauma experienced by individuals. This is further compounded if the justice system is involved.
All targeted individuals have some form of CPTSD and knowing this goes along with knowing yourself as much as possible because the enemy literally knows us far more than we know ourselves and insight into yourself is in and of itself power.
One more thing before I go on about complex trauma-I know that the remote neural monitoring and infrasound can alter mood including causing panic attacks-They pulled that shit on me in the early 1990’s, BUT, there have been studies which conclusively prove that trauma changes the structure of the brain-Just being gas lighted by people over time affects the performance of the brain-Humans are exceptionally resilient but the mind and body will adapt as much as it can in order to survive and this never means a good quality of life.
Another thing that has to be stated here is that biologically, the brain we have today is roughly the same one we developed, as a species, about 10,000 years ago. At that time, we were dealing daily with physical threats such as being eaten by predators or pillaged by enemies. Today, even though most of us don’t endure these perils on a regular basis, our brains can’t distinguish between the real physical threats we used to encounter and the psychological ones we are more likely to experience in our modern lives
Our brains are wired to search out situations that threaten us first and find solutions second.
The amygdala, part of our limbic system, heads our emergency response team. When we’re confronted with danger, it cuts in and abruptly “hijacks” (neurochemically quiets) our more mindful hippocampus . Its purpose is to create an emotional state of alarm, and trigger the fight or flight response needed for our survival.
The proud cowards in the government COUNT on the targeted individual’s brain to be easier to put into a fear state over time as the amygdala trips off its false alarm faster and faster over time in response to the gang stalking intimidation skits, street theater and of course the violent and degenerate intrusive thoughts as well as the disturbing synthetic dreams all TIs are given
Functional MRI studies of coal miners with severe CPTSD had significantly decreased gray matter volume in the hippocampus in addition to a decrease in volume covariance between the hippocampus and amygdala compared to the control group.
This decrease in volume may be associated with the dysfunctional emotional memory processing in CPTSD patients that leads to symptoms like hyper-arousal or avoidance, and this is not only done to targeted individuals but the entire population as seen during the last two plus years in which most people have been terrified into believing that a non-existent virus was going to bite them in the ass and kill them.
When I say that no one should watch TV or shitty violent movies, or that they should avoid over the top violent videos, it has nothing to do with being a pussy and everything to do with giving your mind a chance to heal with all of this shit going on.
Symptoms and signs of C-PTSD
Symptoms of C-PTSD often include the same types of symptoms seen with PTSD, such as:
recurrent and intrusive thoughts or dreams
mental and physical reactions to reminders of the traumatic event
avoidance of people, places, things, or events that remind you of the trauma
negative thoughts toward yourself or the world
detachment and disinterest
difficulty showing positive emotion
hypervigilance, or being on “high alert”
Difficulty controlling emotions. It’s common for someone suffering from C-PTSD to lose control over their emotions, which can manifest as explosive anger, persistent sadness, depression, and suicidal thoughts.
Negative self-view. C-PTSD can cause a person to view themselves in a negative light. They may feel helpless, guilty, or ashamed.5 They often have a sense of being completely different from other people.
Difficulty with relationships. Relationships may suffer due to difficulties trusting others and a negative self-view.6 A person with C-PTSD may avoid relationships or develop unhealthy relationships because that is what they knew in the past.
Detachment from the trauma. A person may disconnect from themselves (depersonalization) and the world around them (derealisation). Some people might even forget their trauma.
Loss of a system of meanings. This can include losing one’s core beliefs, values, religious faith, or hope in the world and other people.
WAYS TO TREAT IT (supposedly no one is ever cured)
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy that uses repetitive eye movements to interrupt and re-pattern some of the trauma-related memories you have.
Emotional freedom technique (tapping)
Tapping is one element of a treatment approach called clinical emotional freedom technique (EFT).
Prolonged exposure therapy
Cognitive processing therapy
Tension releasing exercises
And meditation can help your brain calm down. Start with a few minutes a day and work up to even twenty minutes and if you have to wear ear plugs if you are getting distracting noises.
I used to do this and it really does give you a buffer to deal with stress better and all targeted individuals have to keep in mind that due to the remote neural monitoring and the very nature of this fucked up reality, that you will never be fully prepared for exactly how they are going to assault your mind and body as in expecting the unexpected and learning ways to calm, strengthen and focus your mind and there are MANY realistic ways to do this.
Shock and awe military tactics apply to targeted individuals
When my mother was dying over nine-years ago is when my targeting went into full swing;I had been getting all kinds of crap for over twenty-years before this but because I was so sleep deprived, under nearly non-stop stress and because I had no idea what was going on, they were relentless.
The butt slave security guards at the hospital, being followed by police to and from the hospital, at the gym, the supermarket, the neighbors, non-stop. Everywhere.
Now I know that many of these people made a deal for the “freedom.” That every single one of them is a fucking lazy, ungrateful cowardly piece of shit degenerate slave and that I have my LEGAL “line in the sand” if and when they pull any actual violent shit on me and I am more than capable of hurting someone in self-defense if need be and I will not hesitate.
It was around this time that I “coincidentally” found out about gang stalking online and I now know this was me being subliminally guided to find it so that the “game” could begin.
The point of my introduction is that what was done to me and who knows how many millions of other people across nations and time is the chickenshit military tactic called shock and aw which is an attack so massive and sudden as to stun, confuse, overwhelm and paralyze the enemy, and to try to take away their will to fight which is what learned helplessness can do to a person or an animal-And if you go by the RNM brain mapping, they were lighting the fuck up out of my brain getting all kinds of neural map readouts-or they did not do that and it was just pure sadism to justify the bloated budget for the fake domestic terrorist threat in the U.S.
Shock and awe (technically known as rapid dominance) is a military tactic based on the use of overwhelming power and the non-stop use of civilian harassers (I will not call these bags of shit “perps”) is the use of “overwhelming power” as far as the threat of violence goes-It is rare for a target to actually get attacked but like a demented amusement park ride that takes you right to the edge, they fire up your adrenals putting you into a state of CPTSD while 100% the person’s REAL fear responses are being augmented or increased by the radio frequency or microwave mood-altering technology at the speed of light by computers that work faster and far more logically than the human brain does.
I am not trying to bore the fuck out of anyone-Its vital to have a working knowledge of what is most likely going on in order to know that you as the target are not weak, cowardly, helpless or hopeless. PRESCRIPTION MEDS DIRECT EFFECTS MENTAL and EMOTIONAL
I’m going to do a quick rundown on how many prescription medications can cause real mental health problems because some of your audience might be on some of these and I have covered this in my own You Tube channel because say being on aspirin or Ibuprofen can cause sleep disorders, fatigue, anxiety, agitation and mood swings, and some people are put on psychiatric medications because they had an adverse reaction to an antihistamine or a cardiac medication and of course, psychiatric medicatons such as taking xanax for anxiety can give you depression-You can get depression from well over ten things and the point of this is that if someone is a targeted individual, they have to play detective with their health in every way including the direct-effects of any medications they are on because those behind their targeting are trying to break them down on every level.
Many non psychiatric medications can cause neuropsychiatric effects, which range from anxiety to psychosis
Adverse drug events (ADEs) affect millions of people each year.
Among the commonly prescribed drugs found to have psychiatric adverse effects are corticosteroids, anti-Parkinsonian drugs, anti-epileptics, antiretrovirals, antibiotics, anticancer drugs, analgesics, drugs targeting endocrine and cardiovascular disorders, immunosuppressants, skeletal muscle relaxants and bronchodilators
Harmful consequences of adverse psychiatric effects
Some of the most extreme dangers associated with psychiatric drugs include: drug-induced psychosis, tardive dyskinesia, brain volume loss, and dementia. Unfortunately, many patients taking these drugs are not well-informed of the long-term effects
Drug-induced mental illness is a serious and dangerous situation that will likely get much worse without healing intervention. The mind-altering effects of drugs and alcohol can be a powerful incentive for people to use and abuse them, but these effects can also bring about real physical and psychological damage. This danger is particularly associated with long-term and heavy substance abuse, but degeneration and mental illness can result even from shorter-term and lighter use.
Substances That Can Trigger Mental Illness
Everyone listening to this podcast, please go through not only your medications, but those you care about and look up the direct effects of them to see not only the physical problems that they cause but mental health problems because you or someone you know might have a bullshit psychiatric diagnosis and the symptoms could literally be caused by the side-effect of one or more medications you or someone you care about is on.
ACE inhibitors used to treat high blood pressure = can cause mania anxiety, hallucinations, depression and psychosis.
anti-anxiety Benzodiazapines can cause rage, depression, paranoia, hostility, nightmares and more. Xanax or Klonopin are in this class of drugs.
Fluoroquinolone antibiotics such as Cipro can cause acute psychosis, agitation, depression, confusion. and paranoia as well as they decimate the microbiome in your lower GI tract which is crucial for your health.
Accutane used to treat cystic acne can cause depression and suicidality
Antihistamines can cause confusion, agitation, delirium, psychosis, nightmares, depression and aggression.
So if someone is taking one or more of these shitty meds, their greedy, lazy, evil brainwashed doctor will usually not correlate their patient’s complaint of mental health issues and will instead send their trusting patient to a “mental health professional,” and probably get some kind of illegal kickback, whereupon the trusting person will take the word of the arrogant prick or twat mental health professional’s advice to take a medication to treat their condition which was brought upon say by an antiobiotic so say someone has panic attacks as a direct-effect from an antibiotic-Well, some of these people will be put on Ativan, xanax or klonopin and they are fucking addicting as I was on them years ago and took myself off of them-it took me a few months to safely and slowly taper off of Klonopin, now I only take it rarely such as when I fly.
When I say that everyone in this reality is targeted, its true.
I have observed many TIs online as well as having spoken with some who believe that their targeting began when they were children and I believe them, its a matter of exactly how people’s minds and personalities are flagged by this beast system.
The fact that no two targeted individuals get the exact same targeting protocols shows that not only are there many different projects and protocols but that its highly probable that TIs are sold off from one research and “entertaiment” company to another like so much chattel or a commodity as in the capital letters strawman on all of our birth certificates-TIs are traded as if they were livestock-The targeting of innocent civilians is part of the plane-wide human trafficking network.
My own obvious targeting began in the early 1990’s but I was flagged by this system perhaps decades before and possibly at birth.
Just as so many TV shows, movies and novels have cliff hangers in which the hero’s life is in peril and you’re kept on the edge of your seat wondering what’s going to happen, so too are the stalking parts of these programs geared to never let a target just kick back, relax and know that its over-Those behind these programs “have to” keep the TI thinking that they are going to be harassed and that something really bad might happen the next time that they see officer scumfuck or when they see one of the civilian harassers who give them hateful looks for no reason-And when people DO get a lull or full stop in their targeting, it starts back up again full force because its meant to catch the person off guard, and the harassment begins again-You can fully heal from trauma, but even with this going on you can get much better.
The civilian harassers will never stop terrorizing their fellow human beings because they are under strict orders to do so, because they are weak-willed people who never question authority figures, because many of them made a legal deal to harass people and/or they signed a non-disclosure agreement, and becuase they get an adrenaline high and a dopamine fix fucking with people meaning that they literally are addicts and that they are all Narcissists and some are sociopaths and some are just plain psycopaths and it is impossible to reason with mentally ill people.
I mentioned many of the reasons why people are targeted in my last interview but a quick recapitulation includes: Weapons testing, a possible social experiment, helping to create a technocratic society with a communist/fascistic structure, turning people against each other, controlling the civilian terrorists who harass innocents while keeping them occupied from seeing how bad the world around them is getting, justifying the domestic terrorism budget, reading minds to steal ideas, pure sadism, filmed entertainment as a pay per view type of thing, probably some kind of direct brain to brain interface with a sick fuck hooked up to a help which literallty allows them to see, feel (haptic technology), taste and smell what the TI does without the person being aware that one or more people are “sharing” their mind and although I can not prove this, since they can link brains to other brains and since we are dealing with the lowest of degenerates, then this is going on-especially in a sexual way but I can see it as a “thrill” for these debaucharous scumbags.
Doe the RF and pulsed microwave subliminals have absolute control over everyone? Again. The mind has no firewall-Getting silent subliminals is NOT the same thing as how some people can CONSCIOUSLY resist hypnotic suggestions because when you are getting dialogue in your own inner voice, because you naturally TRUST your own thoughts you will usually act on them unless they are ultra violent or perverted.
This is some speculation on my part but its logical.
WHEN YOUR MIND IS NOT YOUR OWN
So take it from an expert on this shit: There is no bargaining with the empty sadistic govt fucks who read and control our minds and bodies. There is no bargaining with any supernatural forces such as demons (if they truly exist) and there is no bargaining with whatever evil demiurge that somehow took over our reality and takes joy in the suffering of innocents.
So from my experience, you can have all kinds of “good luck” words and phrases and your life will never magically become better and you will not magically become safer by thinking and saying certain things and I myself was this way years ago.
I worked through a LOT of ugly shit with very little help which is yet another reason I fucking loathe the victim mindset.
Then again, being aware that your violent and perverted thoughts are NOT organic products of your own mind and that they are beamed into your head at the speed of light affords the person the edge (if you will) to not take these thoughts seriously and to just observe them, because I am certain that most people have zero clue that their minds are as easy to hack (if not far easier) than a PC or cell phone.
You have to play detective when it comes to your health ruling out suspects until you pin down what you know are the only logical reasons for why you have a given problem, or to quote Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes: “When You Have Eliminated The Impossible, Whatever Remains, However Improbable, Must Be The Truth”
And the way that I have said and done things which I am positive that I otherwise woudl not do and with all of the harassment skits that I have been a part of over the decades, the only way that things played out was if my mind was being both controlled AND read and there is a plentitude of patents to back all of this, regardless that it is meant to sound “crazy.”

I am really good at picking up bullshit and it took me a long time to get to this point and every single one of these fake TI leaders and as I call them TI celebrities do not have one sincere bone in their bodies-They are wooden, scripted, without passion, without anger and without purpose-When your mind and body are literally violated and tortured you can not talk about it as if you are talking about going shopping or visiting relatives as these fakes do.
The very purpose of the fake online TI community has always been there to control people because they keep promising some kind of legal exposure of gang stalking through the media, and the justice system-Bullshit talk of class action lawsuits or targeted individual communes on the east and west coast. Then you have the hardcore perception warfare fear porn such as the hoax news stories involving fake targets such as Myron May who never shot anyone at a univeristy in Florida, or Aaron Alexis, note the same first an last letters of their names as in Masonic coding-Then there’s Sandra Bland’s fake death, or the woman in Washington D.C. who claimed that she was getting voice to skull from then homo puppet president obama and was shot to death with her baby in the car by D.C. police.
I have heard many fake TI’s recount their tales of terror on confernce calls and in videos all mean to scare the living shit out of people who are already terrified, isolated, depressed and often hopeless so naturally my You Tube channel has always been shadow banned, plus I do not play the drama or fear crap.
So why is there a wealth of informaiton on targeted individuals online?
Because the governments of the world want to keep people as confused, scared, hopeful and helpless as possible in order to control them as much as possible.

And you know that most of your TI media is bullshit if they do not cover how to deprogram, that these people are not normal Narcissists because they follow orders to the T, that anyone can be turned against you with the mind link, that most of what you will require to truly lift yourself out of this sewer is found between your ears and in your heart. The more you depend on help from outside sources the weaker you become. STRONG MINDS Versus WEAK ONES
s is how you can tell the difference between your intuition which WANTS to help you, versus your ego which is keeping you in the same easy to controls state of mind.
Your ego wants you to stay in a loop repeating the same cycle over and over again as in what feels comfortable and safe as this is all the egoic minds knows whereas your intuition calls you to make gradual changes in your life that lead towards ongoing evolution, development, and transcendence.
Pure consciousness can see past the repeating cycles of the mind what you think you know and this ties right into something that will really help all of you better yourselves.
The following are signs that you are healing from abuse:
You enjoy being alone.
You started responding instead of reacting.
You were OK with people not understanding who and what you are.
You set boundaries and when people do not respect them and exited your life, they were making room for those people who did respect your boundaries-the good people.
You want to work on being real, not perfect.
Write out all things that you know are within your ability to control and this will give you more options than ever because as you write things out you will get logical associations to other things that you otherwise would not have thought of.
Ask a trusted friend or family member to tell you all of your good and bad points because its impossible for most of us to be objective about ourselves due to the myraid insecurities that the human condition constricts us with.
These are signs of a strong mind
You apologize when you’re wrong-You admit your own mistakes and learn from them-When your self-esteem is higher this becomes easier and easier over time.
A strong mind does not impose their personal expectations onto others because everyone has different backgrounds and different battles.
You trust your inner voice and with the voice to skull technology or the (mainly) negative subliminals in your own inner voice you realize that your conscious mind can only do so much and that it can not overrule deeply-held beliefs.’

Most people act tough on the outside while attempting to hide their weaknesses, but although acting tough helps someone in the short-term, long-term it wears your mind and body down because hiding flaws, anxiety and illness makes a person suffer longer-We want to work on ourselves mentally and physically at the same time in order to better deal with the stresses of this world.
As long as a person insists on staying in their comfort zone, they will be mentally weak-I’m not talking about doing stupid things which could physically or emotionally pose a serious threat to oneself, I’m talking about minor risks and exposing yourself to new ideas which challenge your comfortable beliefs-As long as you do not grow you will be easier to target and the TI podcasts and most of the video channels do NOT encourage you to think for yourself and grow.
All weak-minded people will try to dominate other people as you’ve seen with every single person who has harassed you.
When you are following through on your goals you always want to consider the possibility of failure because sometimes we can be so scared of failing that we do not even try in the first place-Its more than OK to fail, but its inexcusable to not even try. Yes. WHY those in govt/corporations know each individual better than they know themselves tying into why we as truthers in this complex world MUST know ourselves as honestly as possible to know both our strengths and weaknesses and to be fully aware of our value system, our meaning and purpose in life and since the RNM can read our minds while implanting suggestions and trying to modify our behaviors (over time) then they REALLY know us far beyond getting interviews from neighbors, co-workers and sometimes family members before the tareting goes live.

In the fake online TI community, for years now, there have been many names of manchurian candidate type of people and targets just pushed too far who went off and murdered innocent people and I have listened to most of the logical breakdowns of these shootings and I think that every one of them was a hoax shooting OR the murder of someone who was supposedly as targeted individuals such as:
Sandra Bland, the woman shot by police in DC years ago claiming that Obama was giving her V2K speech.
Aurora Colorado shooting (James Holmes), Pulse shooting, Myron May (33) and many others were not “targets” who ran to the police and FBI complaining about being stalked. This is absoultely government sponsored scripting and that the online TI community has never called all of these fake victims out is a disservice to targets as they are already traumatized and terrified and they do not need more any more fear.
The following is “just” some of the damage done to the minds of TIs:

Possible shielding from microwaves using the three-pronged protection that the door of a microwave oven has factoring in practicality, the length of the microwaves AND radio waves we are hit with as well as comfort IF such shielding could be transferred onto clothes for a person to comfortably wear.

Look into getting a foam mattress instead of one with steel coils to reduce your exposure to electro magnetic fields/microwaves but when you buy a foam mattress look for a used one online and just clean it well after you buy it.
Used foam mattresses will give off far less volatile organic chemicals than a brand new one and you’ll save some money.
If you have a smart meter look into getting an analog one. Contact your company and if they give you grief, then do some research as to what your rights are.
We all have metals in us and metals are conductors of electricity which makes our bodies more receptive to RF/EMF/microwaves frequencies and these metals come from pokes, pollution, food, all over the place-So with the remote neural monitoring, are the fucking with our brains and body just because of the conductive metals inside of us or because of all of the nanorobotics that are supposedly in all of us?

One of the probably truths put out in the fake TI community by agents such as Brian Tew and Duncan is that the targeting skits are designed to elicit a powerful emotional response that cause your brain to light up so your unique EEG signals can somehow be amplified and mapped in real time at the speed of light as super computers supposedly learn how you think which ties into what they tell us is remote neural monitoring which reads and controls our thoughts as in giving us subliminal suggestions at the speed of thought which enables these pre-planned stalking skits to be successful to begin with as in the perhaps thousand plus times I said and did things that I otherwise would not do were my mind not being bombarded by pulsed microwaves or radio waves and no, I never bought one of those expensive meters to measure this because carrying it around would not be living and even IF you could pinpoint a weapon from say a neighbor’s house, the police would back them up.
And as I said before well over fifty percent of people who call themselves “targeted individuals” are Autistic and/or have ADD or ADHD and this is not just because of the people I have spoken with on the phone-I’ve gotten to the point in which I can tell if someone has ASD by the way they write and of course speaking with them.
Autism is a condition that makes it easier to study different type of intelligence compared to using “normal” people for understanding the nature of intelligence and consciousness because people with Autism do not have the emotional attachment that makes analysis of critical information difficult to desire and they want to quantify intelligence and consciousness to make it controllable and transferable to the cloud for computer to brain interfaces so by understanding how the Autistic mind works scientists are trying to create artificial intelligence that may or may not be considered conscious beings and the ability to create AI with conscious awareness is the key to transhuman enhancement of merging the minds of men with the minds of artificial intelligences so understanding the Autistic mind is essential to develop AI because the Autistic brain works very much like a computer. The IBM AI machine ‘Watson’ has been compared to an Autistic brain by the scientists who helped to develop it.
Remember that computers read language literally and do not understand metaphors or sarcasm just like people with Autism so because computers can not read the subtlties of language it becomes more difficult to develop artificial intelligence and by understanding how an Autistic person learns they have been able to speed up the research on artificial neural networks by designing artificial intelligence systems to mimic the fkd up brain of people with Autism and I’m going under the assumption that they have been using human lab rats in the laboratory of the real world with the targeting to trigger people with Autism into reacting while their brains are being mapped.

And with the isolation that nearly everyone who is targeted seems to get it makes it much easier to get accurate results as people who are targeted get some kind of stimulus response results relayed to labs in real time.

SITUATIONAL AWARENESS FOR TARGETS:
Targeted individuals are rarely actually attacked because this is no-touch torture but we live in an increasingly dangerous world and some of the skills that situational awareness will teach you will transfer over to how you emotionally and mentally handle your street terrorism from the civilian harassers.
And to make it clear, in no way am I encouraging paranoia. I am strongly recommending that people become more aware of their surroudings regardless if they live in an affluent or lower income area-This world has more and more crazy, stupid people and you want to just live your life and take it easy as much as possible while using common sense precautions that could save you and/or someone you care about needless suffering.

Obviously, I am not a security expert but here’s the thing with situational awareness: If you live in a fairly decent area and/or your job does not require you to be alert to possible threats that could attack you at any time, then if you go FULL OUT learning about situational awareness as a person who is targeted, you will make your life much more stressful and difficult because in your already heightened state of mind, most of your are on guar or hypevigilent but in the way in which you see the enemy or “perps” everywhere and yes, they can use a lot of recruited, trained payed slaves for these skits, but they are very, very hard to coordinate these unless you are stationary in your car or say in a gym and the faggot ass cons in the gym 100% wore inner ear INVISIBLE blue tooth receivers because their scummy illiterate asses need to be given their instructions on what to say and do from their controllers and these assholes outside of the gym are also given cues via inner ear bluetooth and no, not for every fucking little thing but these are standard spy toys for these tools.
If you are going to learn the know your surroundings skills from the basics of situational awareness then do it FULLY or SOLELY from the state of mind as someone who just wants some extra insurance for their safety as a regular human being with what you learn having NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TARGETING which is all fear-based. Approach ANY self-defense you want to learn about as a human being because the powers that should never have been have many, many ways to attack a person using frequency technology/DE weapons, chemicals, ultra and infrasound;None of these shits have an excuse to look at you. The more you think on the offense, the easier you will be to control and in my case, I DO use some basic common sense low level alertness and I am fully aware that these cowards depend on your complex trauma and/or Autistic startle response which when combined with the frequency tech, makes it easy to get a reaction out of you making it easy to keep you in the cycle of trauma while these things are going through the pretense of living their lives.
So back to situational awareness. PLEASE learn about it even if you live in a safe area because there are times when all of us are in places where its possible for a REAL, unscripted crime to occur and by learning what people and areas to avoid, what simple actions to take you will give yourself a lot of peace of mind which means confidence which transfers over to how you deal with all stress; If you are able bodied enough you can teach yourself some self-defense. If you are confident enough and do not worry about possible RNM interference and its legally OK to own a firearm then LEGALLY consider getting one.
Get a camera for your car and NOT because these douche slave losers pull their pathetic slave skits but cus people are out of their fkng minds and its good to have proof if something happens. Body cameras are basically USELESS because you can not prove patterns and none of these skits are in your face enough to prove to a corrupt govt slave that you were being threatened; non-stop plausible deniability.
So learn as much about situational awareness as you NEED to given the circumstances in which YOU live. Sadly, most people can not count on the PD arriving in time to help or save them (I know how funny that sounds)-but we live in the illusion of a safe and free nation and as I said, please learn ONLY what you require to know as far as situational awareness goes-When out in stores or walking around corners go as wide as possible cus these fuck ugly losers have to come out of no where and go “boo” to catch you off guard and I could not give a shit if they are mapping our brain from synaptic driven evoked potentials every time we have a thought or an extreme emotion. What I base MY actions on is that this entire world is based on fear, anger, lust, greed, shame, guilt, regret, jealousy and I spit at this insanity.
Other ways to handle stress: Write down and/or say out loud what you are grateful for and practice gratitude every day, not just Thanksgiving that most hypocritical bastards do.
do something that you truly enjoy doing without guilt.
Watch movies which make you happy, read things which make you happy and/or inspire you.
Try something or somethingS entirely new because it challenges your brain.
Keeping a journal is essential not only in relieving stress and anxiety but it helps you focus on the positive. If you get the open targeting tactics and/or DE attacks, then making a habit to journal on a daily basis, even if you only spend ten minutes doing it will give you more insight and strength than three hours of one of these shitty conference calls-
Spend time with friends and family and to repeat what I’ve said a few times now, if you have friends and/or family that truly love and support you but you refuse to stop trying to convince them that you are being targeted, you will lose most or all of these people because you mistakenly think that all of them are “in on it” (yes some family and friends ARE in on it but
Find humor in everyday life including yourself and how fucking absurd this entire targeting situation is;Laughing at yourself allows you to open up and grow while showing that you are secure despite how they constantly try to break EVERYONE in this reality down.
I mean think of it: You have grow adults ages sixteen to eight-six running and shuffling around following people, giving dirty looks, making noises, speaking stupid ass scripts and a few hundred other stupid stunts that no self-respecting person would even imagine doing. THAT is fucking funny.
Learn to say NO by taking over the parts of your life causing you stress including calls, videos, people, foods and beverages which make you sick and stressed, that give you brain fog;Keep in mind that when you take on more responsibility that you can handle and/or are a low self-esteem people please, this in and of itself causes an inordinate amount of stress when you feel overwhelmed. Take care of YOU-You never have or had any obligation to help other people just because they CLAIM to be targeted.
Learn to avoid procrastination by staying on top of your priorities because putting things off leaves you in a reckless hurried state of catching up which leaves YOU open to react to the skits and all you have to do is make a to-do list organized by priority and give yourself realistic deadlines and work your way down the list adding and subtracting to it as you go along and this will not only make you feel more in control of your life by lessening learned helplessness but it will give you goals and focus which will help ground you more mentally and emotionally
Work on the things that need to be done today and give yourself chunks of uninterrupted time as switching between tasks and multitasking is very stressful, especially if you have high functioning Autism and/or ADD and/or are a highly sensitive or very empathetic person.
Subsconsciously, we often create new and imaginative ways to delay thimgs that could and would make our lives much better;Procrastinating is like shooting yourself in the foot because there are some things we just can not avoid in this life and by taking charge of what you need to do when, you are in more control than ever and as I said, this really hurts the learned helplessness that this entire reality has instilled in nearly everyone from early on in their life.
If you are of the mind to do it, learn basic Yoga to fight anxiety and depression while giving yourself fitness and focus.
Learn mindfulness through mindfulness meditation, through being aware of every step you take, your breath, your thoughts, slowing yourself down even when being hit with subliminal influence which makes you feel that you HAVE to rush because its WHEN we are in a hurry and feel anxious and/or ashamed, low self-esteem that they pull most of this shit;Unless its an emergency, do not talk to people who annoy, confuse or distract you on the phone when you are in public as this makes you RIPE for a skit.
Just as your brain is hard wired for stress and hypevigilance, it can be rewired to be more mindful. Just be patient and consistent and kind to yourselves.
If you have someone in your life that you can cuddle and/or a pet, then do it as positive physical contact releases oxytocin and lowers the stress hormone cortisol which helps lower blood pressure and heart rate. Spend more time with your pet or pets.. Interacting with pets help release oxytocin a brain chemical that promotes a positive mood which kicks anxiety and depression in the ass.
Having a pet relieves stress by taking your mind off of some of your problems and giving you a sense of purpose and responsibility while giving you companionship-All qualities that not only help you reduce anxiety and depression but also help you fight off learned helplessness and not every targeted person’s animals are tortured and/or murdered by theses losers.
You do not have to be Autistic for loud noises to cause you anger and anxiety, but people with Austism usually have some form of sensory processing disorder AND I am positive that this fuck technology can make you pay more attention to annoying sounds than usual.
Please look into weighted blankets. They are now being pushed as a way to achieve a deep and restful sleep while stimulating seretonin and they supposedly have many benefits. You want a weighted blanket that is in a duvet or covering but this is only to make it easier to clean it-You do not want a weighted blanket that will hang over the sides of your bed because you will not get the full weight and you need to get used to using these blankets by say using only part of it over a week or so until you get used to it and weighted blankets are supposed to be 10% of your weight meaning that if you weight 150 Lbs get a 15 Lb blanket. They are filled with glass or plastic beads and some have ceramic beads which are evenly distributed throughout the blanket. I mention this because it may really help those of you with sleep problems begin to get a lot of rest.
Soundproofing your room, wearing blue blocker glasses, minimizing the electronics in your room meaning no TV or computers in your room (they will keep you up and program you even as you sleep), blackout curtains or even a couple of layers of cloth or even tarps, NO Melatonin because it is an exogenous or outside hormone. You should create a routine as having predictibility in your life will greatly lower your anxiety levels and you can plan some things days or a week in advance while adjusting your schedule as things change and yes. Some of what you “decide” to plan is the tech instructing you so that you will at at specific places when they have one of their slaves there. Good for them. What matters is that YOU feel more in charge of your life and THIS will decrease anxiety and depression while making you more confident over time defeating some of the programming.

Without using one trigger word, for a while now, I have said things to people that SHOULD have had them ask me something related to the question or comment I made but they nearly always answer with something not directly related or is if they did not hear me at all, so are they soulless bodies that give us the illusion of another being like us or are they real people like us but the AI or demiurge or the governments of the world are trying to make us THINK that this is not a real person by wiressly controlling how they react or do not react to us-With the useless eater slave neighbors for example, there are a LOT of times when they have done weird things but I KNOW that they were not under orders to screw with me, so are they organic portals or whatever mass mind control be it HAARP, cell phone towers, radio antenna or whatever, are making these REAL people behave in a way that makes them look like NPCs?
But I am positive that everyone in this existence is targeted in many ways because there are MANY people that do not get the street terrorism (in stores, hospitals, ect) but DO get DEW attacks-Its just common sense.
So there are two possible explanations for why we can not wake people up about the current (and past) state of this world as far as obvious truths go:
1-Most people are NPCs which sounds logical but can not be proven.
2-Everyone is a true souled being and whatever ELF RF and microwave mind control hacking has been going on for decades has really been AMPED up which of course includes the HDTVs and plasma screen TVs which are themselves hypnotitized.
I am neither a doctor nor a nutritionist.
I’m someone who has done a lot of research and trial and error and have learned some of my health lessons the hard way, and because we are all unique, not everyone is going to have the exact same needs as far as what supplements they need and in what dosage, and some people just seem to be able to digest plants better than others and their ancestry and genetic factors also plays a part of this and of course being vaccinated, being on medications including antibiotics and being exposed to chemical toxins as well as stress will affect how well you digest and absorb foods.
So what I am advising people to do with not only the health advice that I discussed here but any health advice is to first make sure that any supplement that you take will not affect any over the counter and/or prescription medications that you are on because say you are taking klonopin for anxiety and want to try valerian root-The valerian root will increase the sedative effects of the klonopin, and of course if you have an allergy to something such as ragweed, daisies, chrysanthemums, marigolds, and related plants then you should avoid arnica -Something as simple as a pregnant or breastfeeding woman using arnica could lead to a miscarriage, and its unsafe for a newborn when breastfeeding.
If you are on a blood thinner then you want to check with your doctor before taking fish oil, high potency ginger supplements or N-Acetyl Cysteine or MSM which is a blood thinner and can cause gastric upset for some people.
Then there are supplements which give you a lot of energy such as liquid B-12 or a B-complex or ginseng, Rhodiola, green coffee bean extracts and N-Acetyl Cysteine or Iodine can give you a lot of energy so my point is that if you have anxiety disorder some supplements can exacerbate it.
First off, a lot of supplement companies are ultimately owned by pharmaceuticals but there are a lot of high quality companies out there with a long track record and some really clean products.
We need supplements because
Since your diet may lack important micronutrients, the purpose of taking supplements is to better support your health. They can help meet your daily recommendations or provide a more concentrated amount of nutrients than you’re able to get through food alone.
Increased need and reduced absorption of certain nutrients with age
Lifestyle factors that contribute to nutrient depletion or increased need, such as pregnancy, sunscreen/limited sun exposure, smoking, etc.
Environmental factors, such as nutrient depletion in the soil
Unhealthy eating habits (aka the Sad American Diet) that lack a variety of foods, especially fruits and vegetables
Eating a restrictive diet, such as vegan or vegetarian
Removing certain foods or food groups due to food allergies and/or intolerances
Medical conditions, such as celiac disease or colitis, in which the body may not be able to absorb nutrients properly
Having an active eating disorder that restricts food intake for weight loss or body-image concerns

Before I get into regular vitamins and minerals as supplements, whether or not someone is a targeted individual, in these times, its normal for people to have high levels of anxiety and depression, so the supplements that I’m going to rattle off can stop anxiety and depression but always keep in mind that before you take a herb, check to see if it goes with any medications you’re on or medical condition that you have.
Lemon Balm is a member of the mint family and treats anxiety.
Valerian root is both a sleep aid and anti-anxiety herb which alters your neurotransmitter GAB to lower anxiety.
Kava Kava is a member of the pepper family used in Europe and the U.S. to treat anxiety
Then there’s Passion Flower, Ashwagandha, American Skullcap, Holy Basil or Rhodiola.
There’s Bach’s Rescue Remedy which works miracles for some people
But you want to try different herbs to see which one works best for you and if you do have anxiety and are any OTC or prescription medications, you might be getting anxiety as a side-effect from them, and some people with severe anxiety drink a lot of caffeine and do not make the connection between that and their anxiety attacks.
Vitamin D3 alone has helped some people deal with their depression. I take 10,000 IUS a day year-round. If you do not get enough sunlight, then you want to take a good D3 without any corn, soy or other crap in it. Vitamin D from sheep’s wool or lanolin is usually good.
Something as simple as a lack of iron in your diet will cause the symptoms of depression and anxiety including a rapid heart rate. If you hate the taste of liver you can get freeze dried glandulars of it to get your iron-The iron pills that you find in most health food stores are packed with toxic ingredients.
I have read that for mood disorders some people take a supplement called lithium orotate which is similar to the lithium carbonate that psychiatrists prescribe their patients but without the side-effects but lithium orotate does not work for everyone-IF you are considering trying it as a mood stablelizer do your research before trying it and try it as the lowest dose first to see how you respond.
I know that most you have heard about using essential oils for energy, focus and treating anxiety and depression, but I’m going to rattle off some names just in case someone doesn’t know about them: Rose (expensive), Vetiver, Bergamont, Roman Chamomile, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, orange or orange blossom, vanilla, geranium and using scents to treat your mood is called Aromatherapy and this method can decrease anxiety AND improve sleep (and I will be covering a F load of sleep tips in this or another video soon) . Just try to buy organic oils and of course if you have any allergies to certain plants check to see if the oil you want to buy is in the genus or family of your allergen and do not apply any oil directly to your skin unless it is OK to and that you have a carrier oil such as coconut, almond, sesame or jojoba. Buy a battery operated diffuser instead of a candle-based one as they are cleaner and easier to use.
These are the supplements that I strongly suggest everyone listening looks into.
A liquid fulvic/humic acid mineral.
N-Acetyl Cysteine which is a semi-essential amino acid. It can literally help you detox via your kidneys and liver.
If you have severe inflammation you first want to rule out your diet as the main cause but you can take something called MSM which is methylsulfonylmethane and it kind of like a powder or flake version of DMSO
I myself take a combination of vitamin K2 and D3, as well as zinc capsules (the liquid can make you nauseous), I take chromium, and I also take Boron which helps build bones and as a guy helps you free up your own testesterone-it really does work.
For close to one year now I’ve been drinking water kefir and its far better than any probiotic supplement that you can buy online or in the store-Never buy probiotics drinks such as kefir or kombucha from the grocery store as milk kefir is a dead food with probiotics added back into it and kombucha is usually packed with sugar.
Something as simple as drinking water kefir can calm you down as it increases the amount of seretonin in your body-I’ve experienced this myself.’

I take the Pure Therapro Optimum Magnesium capsules at night and it knocks my ass out and it gives me a very well-absorbed dose of magnesium Glicinate and Malate.
You can also get a good magnesium oil and apply it right on your skin but test it first to see if you have any mild skin irriration.
Omega 3 fatty acids in the form of wild-caught fish oil, third-party tested and distilled of all toxins-They can fight depression and anxiety, help with eye health, reduce the symptoms of ADHD, fight inflammation, improve mental disorders, and help with joint and bone health to name some benefits.
A good B-complex that is methylated meaning that your body does not have to convert it for it to work best for you.
I take Lugol’s iodine a few days a week. Before you start taking iodine, do some basic research on it and start at a very low dose such as five grams. When I first took iodine, I had cramping pain in my fingers and part of my forearms because I am positive that my body was releasing fluoride from my bones as in a detox reaction.
I take five or more grams of vitamin ascorbic acid powder a day-You want to start at two grams and work your way up until you get loose you know what then back down and slowly go up and try to get a good five or six grams of C a day.
I also take a broad-spectrum digestive enzyme with each meal to break the food down as much as possible it makes a huge difference.
Speaking of food, without being vile, you do not need very much fiber in your diet and in fact you need none for gastric mobility as the muscular contractors of your GI tract called peristalsis move things alone and again, without being vile, most of you know what is comprised of bacteria-Fiber is inflammatory and CAUSES problems.

I eat a lot of berries and organic rice because at least my body seems to function better with a small amount of carbs as opposed to keto, and there’s a lot of bad advice on how to do the ketogenic diet online.
But if you have one or more medical and/or emotional issues, look at your diet first-I used to follow Dr. Peter Osborne, author of ‘No Grain, No Pain’ and the evidence that wheat, rye, barley and oats are poison is overwhelming-He’s not talking about the phytic acid in wheat but the gluten proteins which cause a cascade effect of inflammation in the body including leaky gut-Inflammatory gluten proteins are found in all grains and pseudo-grains such as quiona, amaranth, millet, teff and sorghum.
When you go to the gluten-free aisle at the market you are going to find crap in the form of soy, corn, rice, almond flour, sugar, millet, quiona and other things that are not healthy-The standard tests for gluten proteins are very limited.
Gluten has been linked to over one-hundred inflammatory diseases.
Dr. Osborne believes in germ theory but his information on diet is mostly useful stuff..
When you buy animal products try to find the ones with the cleanest diet as in grass-fed, grass-finished, hens that dined on their natural diet or at least an organic one-Fish that are wild-caught and not farm-raised.
The feed animals are given is often corn and soy which are almost always genetically modified and wheat is sprayed twice a season with glyphosate which rips the minerals out of your body-Then to fatten animals up they are often given antiobiotics and no matter what any “expert” tells you the animals do not fucking filter these poisons out of their bodies-They are passed on to the consumer.
Pasteurized and homogenized milk is a dead food be it organic A2, cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt or cheese and you do not need milk to be healthy-If you have problems with gluten, then you might react to the casein protein in milk, then you have the lousy fact that many people do not produce enough lactase to digest the lactose in milk products and this alone can lead to serious inflammation-I stopped using milk products about a month ago and within a couple of days, I had much less inflammation but that’s ME-If you have easy access to organic raw milk, then give it a try but if you get digestive issues from it, then don’t drink it.
And milk has casomorphins which basically make it addictive.
This might sound a bit silly but if you go without food long enough you can get Hangry which is
is a term used to describe those people that appear to get pretty angry and irritable when they haven’t eaten for a period of time, so I strongly advise that when you are out during the day you carry around some beef sticks or other snacks which will give you energy and calm you down-Why? If you are a targeted individual and one of these idiot communist slaves pulls a skit on you and you’re irritable or on the edge because you are hungry, you might react and say or do something that you might regret later-I am all for legal self-defense but when you are targeted you want to take care of your body to begin with and you want to keep your mind as sharp and calm as possible and your life will be that much better.
Manuka honey, oil of oregano, colloidal silver and rosemary are wonderful supplements but you really do not need rosemary because it clears brain fog and if you have a good diet with quality supplements you will not need rosemary which by the way is a potent antibiotic whose benefits include killing non-existent viruses, and you do not need to take oil of oregano daily unless you are sick as hell-Manuka honey is also a powerful antiobiotic as colloidal silver is-To make it clear, when you have a topical or skin infection, then hell yes, use manuka honey and colloidal silver gel. If you have an infection in your mouth, then consider using colloidal silver 10 parts per million to gargle with then spit out-Use oil of oregano-but the microbiome is a very real thing and you want to keep antibiotics away from it and during the fake Covid crisis people have been slathering on very potent antibiotic hand sanitizer and some have been using the antibiotic chlorox to clean their houses and apartments and this alone has made them sicker, its messed with their ability to think and reason which in turn has made them much more susceptible and suggestible from the shit their TV sets, newspapers and radios tell them what to think-Your mind is literally your greatest weapon but it will be weak and ineffectual unless you treat your body as best as you can.
Something as simple as ONE ROUND of antibiotics can screw up your microbiome.
What is the microbiome in our digestive tract?
The bacteria in the microbiome help digest our food, regulate our immune system, protect against other bacteria that cause disease, and produce vitamins including B vitamins B12, thiamine and riboflavin, and Vitamin K, which is needed for blood coagulation.
One job our microbiome does is to produce Serotonin — a neurotransmitter, or chemical messenger that sends messages among cells — serves many functions in the human body, including playing a role in emotions and happiness. An estimated 90% of the body’s serotonin is produced in the gut, where it influences gut immunity.
After I began drinking water kefir, my mood lightened a lot and I became much calmer-Is this scientific? No. But anecdotes have their place and I know what works best for me.
So this is where the “do we need any plants” question comes into play and current science states that in order for our gut bacteria to thrive we need Prebiotics which are special plant fibers that help healthy bacteria grow in your gut. This makes your digestive system work better.
What are prebiotics? Whole foods. Green bananas, onions, garlic, chicory root, and Jerusalem artichokes (“sunchokes”) contain the highest concentrations of prebiotics.
Here’s more anecdotal stuff: I have been in remission from a serious GI disorder for close to eight-months and this is after I began drinking water kefir that I make on my own from a starter culture of bacterial grains, no not a grain type but a complex sugar molecule that I got online and this drink has over fifty healthy species of bacteria and yeast and I am much healthier for drinking it.
This is why I am positive that I lost my taste for junk food after months of drinking water kefir: Studies have shown that microbes in animals’ guts influence what they choose to eat, and even prompt cravings for different kinds of food, so when you have a good healthy gut bacteria that is in balance-there is no “good” or “bad” bacteria, then you will not want chips, cookies, cakes, donuts, pop, and other crap-I can not imagine eating chocolate or ice cream ever again and I am 100% sure that my gut bacteria has been telling me to eat mostly animal foods which in turn my body has been doing remarkably well on.
And the probiotics in the water kefir did not make me go to mostly animal foods overnight-Over a period of a couple of months, I lost my taste for vegetables so lettuce went first, then carrots and celery, then I was just eating tomatoes and olives then those made me sick so I stopped and within a short period of time I felt much better just having berries and rice for carbs and after stopping all milk products I felt even better but this was me-Some people have no problem with avocadoes and other plant foods not too high in plant toxins and if your gut is in good working order as in no leaky gut, no crohn’s, celiac, or irritable bowel disease then you will handle some plants well, but to be honest, plants should be perhaps twenty percent of our caloric intake tops and you do not need very much dietary fiber-You sure as hell do not need it to move stuff along your GI tract.
Someone might be asking, “what the fuck does this have to do with targeted individuals?”
Its about strengthening your mind and body so much that despite this daily assault into your life you can become healthier and deal with this shit world better cus the FBI, local police, the courts, the media, Homeland security and the NSA are not going to help you or anyone else-You have to take care of yourself because no one else will do it for you and I’ve been pushing this obvious truth in my You Tube videos for well over four years.
If you have not looked into it already, CBD oil is a great pain-killer and it can calm your ass down-BUT, always look to your diet, to the side-effects of medications you’re own and to other things you’re surrounded by in your daily environment-Hell, over time, stress alone can cause you inflammation.
Something as simple as your laundry detergent could be making you sick-When I go into a commercial laundrymat, within a few minutes I can taste the chemicals in my mouth and this has even given me high levels of anxiety and this is because my body knows poisons and wants to get them out immediately, so at home I have been using soap berries which are completely non-toxic and if you want look into Seventh Generation laundry detergent and if some clown is laughing their ass off at me talking about detergent, if you are getting physically ill and getting anxiety or brain fog it might be from your detergent or the scented candles or other poisons in your apartment or house and getting rid of these things alone will help you become healthier and its common for people who are electromagnetically hypersensitive to also be chemically sensitive.
One of the things with Autism is that many seem to have problems detoxing which is supposedly due to the MTHFR gene variant so I take about five grams of N-Acetyl Cysteine a day and when I first took a high dose of it I had a strong detox reaction that went away after two days-NAC clears brain fog and its a popular hangover cure because its been proven to push poisons out of the body via the liver and the kidneys and during the fake Covid, I pushed that people take N-Acetyl Cysteine because Jim West had pointed out that hydrogen cynanide and other chemicals from fracking might have been in the atmosphere in higher amounts to create some of the cases in which people were not getting enough oxygen and I know about the placebo and nocebo effects but the point is that we are surrounded by, breathe, drink and eat who knows how many synthetic chemicals, and as Dawn Lester recently said on your show, we do not know how these chemicals combine in the body and what new compounds they produce (I’m paraphrasing Dawn)-The evil assholes running this reality do know how the close to one-hundred thousand synthetic compounds combine in the environment and in living organisms because I guarantee that their sick evil asses have run them through some kind of computer simulations.
Never use psylium husk or any other fiber supplements because they will irritate the hell out of your guts-If you have a problem eliminating (we’re all adults here) then take a high dose of vitamin C or take some magnesium citrate.
If I did not say it already, look into a gravity water filter, a whole house reverse osmosis filter or a distillation unit and you want a filter for your shower because of the pharmaceuticals, the lead, the chlorine and the fluoride and more fun-our skin soaks these poisons up and when you take a hot shower your pores are open, so you are breathing poisons in and absorbing them through your skin.
Since I covered directed energy weapons and remote neural monitoring a bit in my last presentation, I have to make it clear that anything that the human body and mind can do, so too can these technologies I THINK by matching the resonant frequencies of one or more organs or muscles but they can hit whatever part of the brain corresponds to pain, pleasure, to cause nausea, to use the microwave hearing effect for both voice to skull and for tinnitus, to make someone hypeventilate or to give them a lot of energy-or to make them fall asleep, make you feel depressed, forced body movement, neuropathyL-I’ve gotten emails and have spoken with many people as well as the many accounts that I’ve read online that frequency-based illness is part of the repertoire of what governments can do to unsuspecting people.
I myself had hardcore panic attacks, graphic imagery and thoughts that lasted about two weeks and never manifested again in the early nineties and I would literally bet my life that this was not me-not organically me.
A good dietary rule to follow is: 1/3 fat, 1/3 carbs and 1/3 protein-But these needs vary from person to person so trial and error with your diet to see what works best for you is the best option for you instead of going by what a fkng book like ‘Eat Right For Your Blood Type’ diet tells you to do.

It is essential to identify the causation of any given problem to bring resolution to it, and some things are immediate cause and effect such as eating a food that you have an allergy or taking a medication and getting sick from it within an hour-But many causes of disease can take days, weeks, months or even years to manifest-How the protein gluten can cause physical problems can take years or even decades to manifest in any one of a hundred inflammatory or autoimmune conditions.
You have to keep in mind that in this toxic modern world, that over the course of their lifetime, the average person is exposed to tens of thousands of chemicals from what they eat, drink, wear, the places they in and from earth and air pollution. Then you have the trauma of pre-natal ultrasound which most fetuses in the industrial world are subjected to, then the trauma from the modern birth process, vaccines, medications that most people take sometime during their lifetime,
Then you have the emotional stress that humans were not meant to endure including noise pollution, human interaction which is often angry, fearful and toxic, electro magnetic fields, high levels of radiation, and microplastics to name some of the shit that we’re put through.
So when someone gets sick during the fall or witner they first should ask, is this my body detoxifying itself of toxic chemicals instead of the flu? During the fall and winter there are changes in the temperature, barometric pressure and humidity which trigger a massive detox, yet if your body is clear of most of the crap you will not get the flu or a cold as no virus has been proven to exist. Ever.
You might be getting sick from the air freshener that you spray in your home to the gas from your stove to the scented candles or the laundry detergent you use to your cordless phone or Wi Fi.
If you are ill, you have to play detective and narrow down the suspects, then treat yourself as best as you can and you will get better as long as you keep an open mind and do health research from many sources-not just one person because they sound intelligent.

Then there’s the online carnivore diet cult populated by people who are healthier than the vegans but many of these people are also on an ego trip and are shills just like the vegans are.
And you have many online health “experts” who do some great informational videos but its as simple as if they give their viewers some bad advice, it can seriously screw up what good and great advice they give people.
For example, if these “experts” tell their viewers to eat Chard, Spinach, Kale, broccoli, wheat, oats, nuts, soy or to drink pasteurized milk then they are hurting their viewers who trust them.
And when these “experts” recommend a nutritional supplement, they should always tell people to avoid gelatin capsules, titanium dioxide, soy, artificial colors and other crap that causes harm to the body.
At this point in my research I can not see a “one size fits all” diet because of the many things that control how our bodies function optimally from the food that we eat.
But we should derive most of our caloric intake from animal fats and proteins.
You do not need very much fiber-Just enough to feed your gut bacteria in your lower GI tract but you do not need fiber for gut motility-that’s a myth.
Oh-And look into some kind of exercise program-You do not have to go to the convict/harasser-filled gym to get a good workout in-Dumbells, barbells, a basic bench, resistance bands, a foam roller, workout gloves, a belt
The average human being is nowhere near as hearty and hale as they were say a hundred-years ago as we’ve all been generationally physically degenerated through refined sugars and grains, seed and legume oils (there are no vegetable oils) and many other toxins in the environment so our ability to take in nutrients from our food is not what it was say several generations back and if this sounds like looney tunes to you guys, please look at pictures of your parents to grandparents and great grandparents and you can see that people were far healthier looking than they used to be.
We have been incrementally conditioned to think that its normal to have an epidemic of cancer, morbid obesity, diabetes, stroke, heart conditions and yes the Covid “vaccine” has been speeding up the mortality rates of these things-I know that I am speaking about human life but I have to have a little emotional disconnect here to make my points.

So for example if someone with depression only works on their outlook on life trying to look at the good things and be grateful, then they will make very little progress if they have seasonal affective disorder, are low in vitamin D3 and some of the B-vitamins, if they are low in Iodine, if the person has a crap microbiome due to antibiotics they have been on and those shit hand sanitizers decimate the microbiome on our skin and that in our gut and most of our DNA is foreign to us-Anyways, back to the depressed person, if he or she is on one or more medicatinos whose direct effects include depression, then all of the positive affirmations and therapy and gratitude in the world will not make a big difference-The entire person must be considered when trying to heal someone which is why I have covered many different topics in my videos in order to give people as complete a picture as possible insofar as how to better their lives even with the targeting going on.

A really special friend of mine has told me that one of the planned consequences of the Covid shutdowns on the economy of the United States and the rest of the world is that there is record-high unemployment so more people than ever have signed up with their governments and non governmental organizations to harass their fellow citizens because this has happened in other Communist nations and the United States has been slowly but surely adopting Communist policies, so the point being is that due to the pre-planned shitty economy, there are more people out of work than ever, and because more people than not are rotten bastards, they are signing up for the hard work of following people around on foot, on their bicycles and in the cars, in supermarkets and malls, gyms and hospitals. Grown adults staring hatefully at innocent people, following them around in their carso or driving slowly in front of them, neighbors beaming their bright lights at the houses of targets, and many other skits-And the last few years of the fake virus has had MANY agendas going on at once time and one of them includes governments increasing the numbers of suspected domestic terrorists with not all, but many of them getting the gang stalking and other harssment tactics.
