Richard Levine has grown his hair long and now pretends to be a female named Rachel. Nothing can change the fact that this creature is a male, but Richard has a serious mental disorder and we are all supposed to go along with it. It’s probably going to be a hate crime soon just disrespecting Richard’s pronouns and new name.

Because we live in a most absurd jewish hell, which is often called Clown World, this jewish tranny is the US’s Assistant Secretary for Health and has now been sworn in as an admiral of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. Richard is the country’s highest-ranking openly “transgender” official.

U.S. Assistant Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine became the first openly transgender four-star officer in the uniformed services on Tuesday after she was sworn in as the first female four-star admiral of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.

The Department of Health and Human Services announced Tuesday that Levine was ceremonially sworn in as a four-star admiral, making her the highest ranking official in the commissioned corps and leading 6,000 Public Health Service officers.

“This is a momentous occasion and I am pleased to take this role for the impact I can make, and for the historic nature of what it symbolizes,” Levine said in a press release. “May this appointment be the first of many like it as we create a more inclusive future.”

HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra called Levine a “cherished and critical partner in our work to build a healthier America.” He also said, “Admiral Levine’s historic appointment as the first openly transgender four-star officer is a giant step forward toward equality as a nation.”

With this mentally ill creature in charge of 6,000 Public Health service officers, we can expect a lot more chemical castration and genital mutilation of children.

Having Levine as a 4-star admiral also means we can expect a lot more government action intended to destroy public health.

Prior to being appointed to the Biden administration (which is just absolutely chock full of psychopathic jews), the obese jewish man who demands to be called Rachel was the health commissioner of PA, appointed by Gov. Tom Wolf in 2017. In May, 2020 Levine took his 95 year old mom out of a care home, right before Pennsylvania required nursing homes to take in Covid-positive sick patients from hospitals, who likely had very real illnesses.

U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise of Louisiana said:

Pennsylvania “forced the nursing homes to take seniors who are COVID positive from the hospital back into the nursing home, even knowing they couldn’t properly take care of them. It was a death sentence for thousands of Pennsylvania seniors.”

We are so far from a meritocracy it is not even funny. Levine is not in a position of authority because he is good at his job, despite being a transgender freak. He is a 4-star admiral because he is destroying public health and is afflicted with severe mental illness, and he wants to encourage the same in children. Oh, and we should also not forget about Levine having jewish privilege, which always helps.
