I started listening to the most recent podcast with Rob D, however I had to pause it for awhile, and when I came back to resume listening, I had been logged out.
This is totally fine, but now each time I login and click on the podcast to restart it from the beginning, I’m told to login although I was already logged in 🤷♀️
Could you let me know if the issue is from my end or from your end please 😊
I’m getting anxiety because I can’t listen to the podcasts! Haha

Hi, maybe close & refresh your browser then login to try again. Let me know what you are seeing as these things are very important to let my hosting know about if they continue. You can download the shows also to play wherever or share but if you like to listen to those shows in the member’s area while on the site then that should not be logging you out. Adam
Your cookies are generated
based upon the salt in your config file. They may be expiring cookies
due to paranoid browser settings. I know I can auto remove cookies
with my browser — I however choose to leave them permanent. You
could ask them to look at their browser settings — cookie retention.
Because I have mine set to never delete, I can log into a WP site then
not visit it for weeks, come back and I’m still logged in. This also
includes Drupal sites which stay logged in for years at a time.
