MORRISON BACKS LAWS ALLOWING BUSINESSES TO REFUSE SERVICE TO UNVACCINATED AUSSIES
Prime Minister Scott Morrison is continuing his push to make the jab as mandatory as possible, this time backing laws that will allow businesses to refuse service to Australians if they can’t show proof of vaccination.
This means some Australians might soon be refused entry into supermarkets, chemists, restaurants, gyms and other businesses if they are unable to prove they have received a COVID-19 shot.
From 7news, “Prime Minister Scott Morrison has confirmed that businesses can deny right of entry and service to unvaccinated Australians.”
“That means a business can turn away customers who cannot prove they have received one or two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, if they wish to.”
The PM confirmed this in Parliament telling the nation, “That’s a legitimate thing for them to do”
The Liberals and Nationals continued disregard for the rights and freedom of all Australians is a disgrace.
Fine. Does this mean that we can also establish rules for those who have taken the covid injections? Can business refuse customers who have had the shots?
Let’s build that counter-culture!
As an afterthought, who has the technical skills and money to set up an Australia-based online business and contact hub for Aussies who wish to build an unvaxxed community?
I’m thinking businesses, independent retailers (let’s avoid the big chainstores at all costs!), healthcare practitioners, service providers, even dating or Meet-up-like sites, etc.

THE UNESCO DECLARATION ON BIOETHICS AND HUMAN RIGHTS:
Article 3 — Human dignity and human rights:
“Human dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms are to be fully respected.
The interests and welfare of the individual should have priority over the sole interest of science or society.”

The governmental bodies, the Police or the medical institutions have no authority to force medical interventions on anyone. The individual’s free will and well-being supersedes any collective agreements.
Article 6.1 — Consent:
“Any preventive, diagnostic or therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information. The consent should, where appropriate, be express and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice.”

Face masks and vaccines fall into the category of preventive medical interventions, and thus they cannot be coerced on anyone. The PCR-tests and temperature guns are considered diagnostic interventions, which also must be based on voluntary consent – therefore they cannot be used as a requirement to work, travel or enter businesses. Declining these medical interventions cannot result in social inequality or disadvantage.
Article 10 — Equality, justice and equity:
“The fundamental equality of all human beings in dignity and rights is to be respected so that they are treated justly and equitably.”

Denying the fundamental rights of an individual based on medical reasons is a violation of human dignity and equality. Thus nobody can be discriminated against for refusing to wear a mask, undergo a medical examination (like the PCR-test) or a vaccine.
Article 11 — Non-discrimination and non-stigmatisation:
“No individual or group should be discriminated against or stigmatised on any grounds, in violation of human dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms.”

The right to move freely, the right to make a living, the right to participate in society, and the right to receive public and private services must be guaranteed to all individuals, regardless of their medical decisions

Any established rights and freedoms of a nation are very quickly eroded or changed should the people allow the Government to rob their power by implementing rules and laws that permit this erosion of civil liberties.
We Australians have done this and allowed our Governments to take our power; we now have very little contribution to this power.
We allowed the Whitlam Government to shove our constitution into the waste bin and the Howard Government that restricted any amendments to this Constitution who then took our guns, without a whimper, in a organised Military terror attack at Port Arthur that to this day is still questioned but no answers are available.
The State, our Government, is the power now and we have very little power remaining as we are witnessing in this CoVid farce that is so full of holes it it is laughable, yet it remains and controls our very lives without one iota of scientific evidence.
Should the Truckies strike be a success Nation wide then we should add to this and join forces to get our power back otherwise it will be all downhill to the precipice.
