Florida has passed a new bill prohibiting geoengineering practices, preventing both public and private sectors from releasing any apparatuses into the atmosphere intended to manipulate the weather.

One U.S. state takes a stand.

CHEMTRAIL BILL PASSES

A bill to ban weather modification projects has passed the Florida Senate, aimed at outlawing controversial geoengineering techniques across the state.

SB-56, dubbed the so-called “chemtrails bill”, prohibits “…the injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of a chemical, a chemical compound, a substance, or an apparatus into the atmosphere within the borders of this state for the express purpose of affecting the temperature, weather, climate, or intensity of sunlight.”

Miami Republican, Ileana Garcia, sponsored the bill.

“There is a lot of unauthorised activity that is currently not regulated both at a federal and a state level, and this is where we wanted to start,” Garcia told members of the Senate.

“This is how we are trying to create a method to the madness by creating a reporting mechanism that starts with complaints to the Department of Environmental Protection with complaints and concerns and then also at our local state airports.”

Any person or corporation who conducts such geoengineering or weather modification activity would be subject to a third-degree felony charge, with fines up to $100,000.

If an aircraft operator or controller commits the third-degree felony, they could be subject to a fine up to $5,000 and up to five years in prison.

DEP, which would be charged with investigating claims of illegally modified weather, would also be banned from conducting weather modification studies.

As would everyday Floridians, who could also face a $100,000 fine for injecting chemicals into the atmosphere, solar radiation management – deflecting solar rays to decrease the earth’s temperature – or chemtrails, vapor trailing airplanes with dangerous chemicals.

Garcia’s bill passed the Senate Floor with no debate in a 29 to 9 vote. Senators Jason Pizzo and Barbara Sharief were the only Democrats to join Republicans in approving the measure.

Following the vote, Senate President Ben Albritton praised Garcia for producing a “great piece of legislation.” “Healthy scepticism is important,” he said in a written statement.

“People have a right to know what is happening. There’s a lot we don’t know in this field of science and people are rightfully concerned.”

The bill came months after two major hurricanes rocked the Southeast in quick succession, leading some conservative personalities to blame purposeful weather control.

“Whether fact or fiction, what we want to be able to do is log, track, investigate, and mitigate,” Garcia said.

Gov. Ron DeSantis posted on social media a video announcing his support for Garcia’s bill, but slammed the House version (HB 477), sponsored by Pasco County Republican Kevin Steele, saying that it’s “gutted” Garcia’s measure.

“They would actually codify the practice of geoengineering and weather modification,” DeSantis said.

“People got a lot of kooky ideas that they can get in and put things in the atmosphere to block the sun and save us from climate change. We’re not playing that game in Florida.”

Indeed, geoengineering is a dangerous game. Kudos to the state of Florida, who were one of the only locations to push back against COVID jabs and mandates, now doing this.

Citizens will (hopefully) now be able to breath in the air and grow food without any fear of consequences of radical weather manipulation experiments around them.

What a luxury – something that can’t be said for us here home in Australia.

GEOENGINEERING PUSH BACK

From ‘conspiracy’ to mainstream: This is the path geoengineering has taken over the last decade, as the practice starts to be exposed in greater detail.

Now that weather manipulation is an open and textbook science in 2025, so too has been the opposition that has risen against the dangerous practice.

In recent months, the ecological consequences have become too hard to ignore, forcing some companies to abandon their Artic geoengineering vision.

Several U.S. states have already moved to ban geoengineering over their skies, including New Hampshire and Tennessee, as discussion continues to increase.

Meanwhile, in Australia, politicians continue to pretend these practices don’t exist.

A perfect example of the intentional and deceptional ignorance can be found with weather manipulation experiments happening at the Great Barrier Reef.

Known as “cloud brightening”, this technique ‘enhances the clouds’, helping them to ‘reflect solar energy away from the Reef’ in an attempt to ‘protect corals from bleaching’.

To do so, trillions of nano-sized salt crystals are shot into the air from a barge.

Meaghan Scanlon, who was the Minister for the Environment and the Great Barrier Reef at the time this was occurring, said she was “not aware” of any programs taking place.

Despite being the sole MP responsible for overseeing the area.

‘I see nothing!’

Not too long after the ‘cloud brightening’ experiment concluded off the Great Barrier Reef, UNECSO launched a second call for the region to be placed on the environmental danger list – once again highlighting how damaging this practice can be.

Let’s hope that the trend of resistance continues against geoengineering, and that this may soon reach Australia. Society needs to wake up to this unregulated and secretive practice.

But I won’t hold my breath in scattered-sky-prison-land-Australia.

Lap-dogging to the NWO agenda seems to be our mode of operation in 2025.
