Dr Rima: Sorry, Queensland you got the science AND the law wrong.
First, the science: vaccinated people shed organisms that spread the disease they were vaccinated “against”. Emeritus Professor Manniotes of the University of Pennsylvania documented very clearly that the best way to predict outbreaks, epidemics and pandemics of infectious diseases was to track where vaccinations programs had been carried out. The current vaccine hysteria is nothing more or less than a marketing ploy by the pharmaceutical industry which says it expects to reap more than $100 Billion US additional profits in the next 10 years from mandated vaccines globally.
Both the Disneyland and New York City measles outbreaks were traced by the involved health departments to recently vaccinated people who shed infectious organisms. That shedding can go on for as long as 30 years, as the case of a man inoculated with polio vaccine that long ago in the UK shows.
So ejecting unvaccinated children from day care and other centers is actually preventing them from prolonged exposure to infectious children and adults!
Second, the law: every country which is a signatory to the Geneva Accords, as is Australia, is required to protect the absolute right of Informed Consent, which means the right to refuse, without any penalty or prejudice or other pressure, any medical experiment or intervention. In fact, the Australian Constitution upholds that right.
The exclusionary tactics, like this law, and the atrocious and highly illegal corporate-friendly, health-hostile, liberty-adverse ” No Jab No Pay” laws are in violation of both Australian law and binding international treaty law making them subject to serious penalty and opening the perpetrators and enforcers of such unlawful acts to prosecution for criminal, civil and Crimes Against Humanity charges.
