“Howdy Members” Researcher Scott Snitzer is back on the podcast show with me today 11/10/22 to cover some very important information on how we can live and thrive in a world where we seem to be under constant attack.

I know that truthers love exciting dramatic and often fear-packed information, but how efficiently your mind and body work for you is life-changing because some of these chemicals cause anxiety and depression and confusion;
What good are you going to be to yourself and any friends and loved ones if you are dragging yourself through life with very little energy, focus and drive?
If you want to really thrive in our poisonous world, you are going to have to bleed as many poisons out of your body and mind as possible because the powers that should not be are trying to break all of us down.
Yes, a clean diet, good nutritional supplements, exercise, a great attitude, EMF mitigation ect does make a huge difference in our health as does using sensible ways to slowly detoxify from metals and other crap such as N-Acetyl Cysteine, Bentonite clay, iodine, burdock root, probiotics, or Zeolite, but if you do not get rid of as many poisons as possible it will be the same basic thing as someone in leaking boat bailing out the water without ever trying to fix the leak-You have to address the problem head on which in turn will give you more energy to live your life, and to think more logically and clearly than ever before because as most of the population of this mad world become increasingly more irrational and in love with their brainwashing and servitude, for you and your loved ones to successfully deal with this system you want to be in the best health you reasonably can be-I am not telling people to worry about every little thing as the just the stress from this will make you sick as in cortisol and loss of sleep.
The recommendations that I will cover are ones that you can get results from as soon as within a day and in some cases you will feel dramatic improvement in your health within a week or month but most of what I cover can be achieved by nearly anyone in time.
I am going to cover many topics here, but I will tie things together as much as possible in a way in which all of you can understand how to take charge of your health and no longer rely on the modern medical system and no, I am not a doctor or a homeopath or a naturopath.
I am someone who has done an incredible amount of research from thousands of sources of material.
Do your own research and come to your own conclusions, because unless you get genetic testing from a functional MD or naturopath, you will have to do a little trial and error to see what exact diet and supplements work best for you.
Something as simple as building a home made infra red sauna can be done for less than two-hundred dollars, and this alone has proven detox benefits.
In a world that seeks to make you feel as powerless as possible, you want to find, then seize as many ways to truly be in charge of your life as possible, and to tell this system which seeks full spectrum dominance over you to well, go fuck itself.
Adam has posted my links for this interview down below and I will also include this information in part two of this interview, and since chemical toxins, heavy metals, and mold is a beast of a topic, the presentation will be done in two episodes and I will cover a lot of solutions in both this presentation and in my next interview and even though I have left a lot of links that all of you can read up on your own, you might want to have a pen and paper handy just in case you hear something which might be of help to you.
I do not want to waste your time, Adam’s time, or my time-I just want to help decent people, and I do not do drama or fear porn but I will try to keep this material as interesting as possible.
Most of us are exposed to environmental toxins each day without realizing it. Once the toxic load is high enough in our bodies, overwhelming our detoxification abilities, it is not uncommon to experience symptoms such as fatigue, memory disturbance, sleep issues, headaches, mood disturbances, rashes, etc.
The concept of total toxic load is helpful in understanding why this occurs. We get toxic environmental exposures from the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, the cosmetics we put on our skin, and even our medications. In time, our ability to get rid of these toxins is overwhelmed, like a bucket with excess water spilling over the top. When this overflow occurs, we become susceptible to autoimmune conditions, cancer, or other degenerative diseases.
The toxicity of the modern world synthetic chemicals, noise pollution, social and psychological stress/non-stop cycle of fear and violence, exposure to toxins in food, air, water, clothing, vehicles, workplace, and medication, personal care products, cookware and more.
The physical and emotional effects from the exposure to these toxins (SYN) can take seconds to decades to manifest as an illness which we can’t avoid, although say exposure to NAME OF TOXIN can take minutes to produce symptoms if the dose is high enough.
Healing from the damage done to us by this world takes time, patience, dedication, consistency and some kind of game plan or say what household products you are going to throw out and what non-toxic ones you’ll buy, or say dietary changes, what supplements are you going to take to help speed up the removal of synthetic chemicals out of your cells, are you going to go on a diet and if so, are you going to avoid a crash diet as to avoid spilling too many poisons into your blood as many of these chemicals are stored in our fat cells?
Do you plan on joining a gym to use its sauna or are you going to try to make your own home infrared sauna for less than $200, or are you going to find $4,000 to build a fancy ass sauna in your home?
Did you know that xeno estrogens screw up a man’s testosterone and reduce fertility, cause depression, cancer and many other illnesses and that you can greatly reduce your exposure to these chemicals by avoiding plastics as much as possible?
Did you know that commercial dairy cows are artificially kept pregnant most of the year and that pasteurized and homogenized dairy has toxic estrogens in it from the cow, and from the plastic jug as the fat in the milk absorbs the plastic in the jug and this is passed into your body?
Did you know that just by getting a good kitchen carbon kitchen water filter and a shower filter that you will help boost your health by avoiding pharmaceuticals, metals and estrogens in your water?
Are you going to have your home tested for mold?  Are you going to reduce the EMFs in your apartment and house, and if so, what shielding materials will you use to block radio frequencies?
This is what I mean by having some kind of plan, even if its a crude one.
And no.  You do not have to do all of this at once, in fact if you rush trying to detox yourself, you will feel out of control and you might quit out of disgust.
Slow and steady wins the race.
Its not a sprint-Unless you have some kind of medical emergency caused by heavy metal poisoning and you need a professional to use chelation therapy on you, then you should not be in a rush to detox everything at once, especially since you can get a herxheimer or other misery-causing detox reaction.
And have no doubt that if your diet is heavy in plant toxins-you will remain sick because all plants have some combination of defenses which screw up your ability to digest, to reproduce, that screw up your joints and cause nutritional deficiencies which make you sicker and weaker and literally cause disease over time-I am not pushing the carnivore diet either, but as I’ve said before, you must use a global or holistic approach to determine what you need to do to improve your health because the heavy metals, plastics and the synthetic chemicals (e.g. mercury, lead, arsenic, or cadmium) stored within our cells 100% contribute to not only physical problems but emotional ones as well.

Toxic Load

From the article ‘How Toxins Affect Hormones and Immunity-The Whole Journey,’ until the ages of 35-40, there does not seem to be a strong correlation between exposure to chemical toxins and heavy metals and disease, but at 40-45 where accumulated toxins can really be connected to disease as well as accumulated DNA damage.
 By this age, our bodies can no longer get rid of them or adapt to the toxin load, so the only option is to detoxify from them or get sick.
From ‘A Four-Step Solution To Modern Day Toxicity-The Whole Journey’: You first stop the input of all toxins, THEN you prepare the body (gut, liver, and kidneys) to release them.
First heal the gut with probiotics, stop all gluten, refined sugars, alcohol, limit fiber intake, eat as organic as possible, manage stress as much as possible (cortisol levels affect blood flow to the gut), get rid of medications that might be screwing with digestion such as OTC and RX antacids (only go off RX antacids under a doctor’s supervision).
Some people have dysbiosis or an imbalance in their lower gut microbiome and some have SIBO which is a bacterial overgrowth, and even if you feel as though you are in good health, the first time that you take a probiotic you might have some digestive upset for a short time until your gut bacteria begins to get back in balance and I strongly recommend a probiotic supplement that also has prebiotic fibers in it which will provide the food for your bacteria to thrive on-I’ve left a few links to what are called soil-based organism probiotics-If your GI tract is not working properly you will not truly begin to be able to detox.
You also do not want to use harsh mouthwash as they will screw up your the healthy bacteria in your mouth’s microbiome.
The more sterile we become, the sicker we become.
I will be covering the microbiome more during this podcast because its just that important.
Because most of us have had the SAD or standard American (or western) diet for most of or our lives and/or we have been on various medications and/or antibiotics, and because this world is just that polluted, you want to fill in nutritional deficiencies meaning good supplements, and this takes some research but again, I’ve left links to a lot of really good supplements that will help you heal, detox and think and function better.
Then get toxins out of people, reduce EMF exposure, get them away from as many chemical toxins, mold, animal dander, xeno and phyto estrogens, ect and away from as much stress as possible and the body will begin to heal itself.
So you want to work on your lower gut’s microbiome with pre biotics and probiotics, while taking things to clear up your liver (and kidneys) such as NAC, or milk thistle, and then you can work a little harder on detoxing but unless its an emergency there’s no need for a radical expensive EDTA chelation therapy IV detox.
By the way, the semi-essential amino acid N-Acetyl Cysteine will help your liver, kidneys and lungs work better-Its a mucolytic so if you have any type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, this will help.
Our body detoxes via our liver, kidneys, colon, lungs and skin, and its very likely that we do not have an immune system-Just a maintenance system as the “immune system” term is a big pharma excuse to prescribe poisons to us.

Here’s the perfect example of how chemicals can cause illness that is often labeled as “viral”:  DDT caused what they called “polio,” and DDT has lead and arsenic in it.
From John Rappaport’s ‘No More Fake News’: “Its Jim West’s analysis that reveals that COVID-19 epicenters occur only in areas of extremely high air pollution and more specifically, toxic fracked fuel exhaust. Examples are Wuhan, Milan, Madrid, the Tri-State Region (NY/NJ/CT), Louisiana, Denver, etc.”
“The incidence table is suggesting that the big pandemic trigger [not the virus] is likely a recent global change in refinery protocols for fracked fuel (fuel derived from fracked shale oil rather than from traditional crude oil). Fuels could be natural gas, gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, jet fuel, etc….”
“Hydrogen cyanide has been suggested [as a polluting poison]. Cyanide is routinely dumped into the environment by refineries. It is generated by their converters (‘crackers’), where heavy fracked oil and traditional crude oil is converted into lighter products like gasoline and kerosene.”
“Cyanide is a highly toxic gas. The symptoms are similar, if not the same, as COVID-19 disease, i.e., respiratory symptoms and hypoxia (low oxygen), conforming with Dr. Cameron Kyle-Sidell’s clinical observations of the COVID-19 symptoms, reported on YouTube, i.e., hypoxia, shortness of breath.”
The seasonal flu and the cold are due to changes in temp, humidity, barometric pressure and stress.  Not because of a virus.
The next time that you have the flu, support it with N-Acetyl Cysteine (not if you’re on a blood thinner), lots of water, high doses of vitamin C and high doses of vitamin D3 (its a hormone)-These all support chemical detoxing-With the flu you want to avoid all refined sugars, coffee (diuretic), dairy and all gluten.
Hell, have honey and nettle leaf tea, but the point is that what really makes us ill are chemicals, stress, EMR, a crap diet and nutritional deficiencies.
And I have to add that high amounts of refined metallic and metalloid elements that naturally occur in the earth’s crust are also making us sick as hell: Lead, mercury, aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, and cyanide, and again, what real Covid cases there were were caused by Cyanide and I think arsenic, then you have zinc deficiency and oh yeah, the Covid vaccines and the modern medical treatments as well as cases in which people experienced the nocebo effect and talked themselves into getting sick with “Covid.”
Our minds are just that powerful which is why they’re turned against us.
Before I go on, I can not conclusively prove this, but I have read of and have been in contact with people whom I fully trust who identify as “targeted individuals” and whatever the exact nature of the radio frequency and microwave technologies used against targets (and the rest of the population), they can alter metabolism and induce flu-like illness-In fact its been speculated that the intro of radio frequencies caused the Spanish flu.
No. It was the widespread use of high doses of aspirin and the vaccines that sickened and killed people the most just as with Covid, 5G was not in most claimed outbreak epicenters for Covid.
More than 80,000 chemicals permitted for use in the United States have never been fully tested for toxicity to humans, let alone children or fetuses.
Research is gradually uncovering the influence of chemicals in our bodies.  They lower our metabolism, raise our cholesterol, contribute to fatigue and weight gain.  They create chronic inflammation, mutate our DNA and set the stage for heart disease and cancer.
They weaken our immune systems and contribute to a host of bothersome daily complaints, including poor concentration, headaches, depression, irritability, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, rapid heart rate, skin and eye irritation, poor memory, to mention a few.
Humans are exposed to chemicals through our food and air, the water we drink and bathe in, and the dust particles we handle or inhale. Scientists estimate that everyone alive today carries at least 700 contaminants within her body, most of which have never been well-studied. Personal care products alone often carry numerous highly toxic chemicals, including cadmium, mercury, aluminum, and lead.
Most of us are unaware of the sheer number of toxins in the body. Chemical ‘body burden’ refers to the accumulation of synthetic chemicals found in pesticides, cosmetics, industrial solvents, and heavy metals. At any given time, hundreds of chemicals can be found in blood, urine, breast milk, and even umbilical fluid; before birth, people normally carry an immense body burden inherited from their mothers.
Scientists believe the typical human being hosts close to 500 chemicals in various compartments of the body, mostly in fatty tissue. Many chemicals are broken down in our bodies and their metabolites are eliminated, but others linger in our bodies for a lifetime and can increase our risk for certain diseases, such as cancer and Parkinson’s disease.
On my You Tube channel, I never speak of fear for its shock value, but because its urgent that everyone listening is aware that all of us have heavy metals in our bodies, I’m going to tell you one of the top reasons why you want to change your lifestyle to minimize exposure to heavy metals and synthetic chemicals and that’s because Alzheimer’s disease has been 100% correlated to heavy metal exposure:  Medical studies have found high amounts of aluminum, cadmium and mercury in higher than average amounts in people with Alzheimer’s disease compared to those of the same age who did not have Alzheimer’s.
Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive neurologic disorder that causes the brain to shrink (atrophy) and brain cells to die. Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia — a continuous decline in thinking, behavioral and social skills that affects a person’s ability to function independently.
Everyone has high levels of lead, aluminum, arsenic and mercury.
A naturopath of functional medicine doctor can administer EDTA chelation therapy with an IV after diagnosing high levels of heavy metals in the body.
Redistribution of toxins (after EDTA therapy) is a risk which can cause retoxification.
In my opinion, unless you have acute heavy metal poisoning you do not need to get EDTA chelation therapy-You can do it the slow way and chelation therapy is very expensive.
Metals are stored in fat (lipophilic) and in the bones (lead) LOOK UP TO VERIFY.
We can get mercury in our bodies just from being in the uterus if our mothers had high amounts in their bodies while carrying us.
Mercury fillings should be replaced by porcelain ones.
How Heavy Metals Affect Your Brain
It did not take researchers long to figure out how heavy metal exposure can lead to the development of Alzheimer’s disease.
When you are exposed to heavy metals they accumulate in various organs, including the brain.
Simply put, heavy metals can cause a substantial amount of damage to your brain.
This damage compromises the function of your neurons which can result in cognitive problems, movement disorders, decreased brain function, and countless brain-related diseases including Alzheimer’s disease.
I saw my father go from a very sharp man to almost a child because he had Lewy Body dementia and this was not due to genetics-It was from diet, nutrient deficiencies, the vaccinations and medications that he got, it was from exposure to mercury, lead, aluminum and other toxic metals and some of it might have been stress-related.
I eat mostly animal products as clean as possible so that I can have the proteins and fats my body needs to maintain itself.
I exercise, keep my mind sharp, I sure as shit do not go by what society tells me is normal aging, I stay away from negative people as much as possible-The online truther content that I consume is only negative and fearful when its merited, and  I take good supplements which boost my health-Please look into the New Zealand brand Ancestral Supplements which sells glandulars.
Among my daily supplements is N-Acetyl Cysteine and MSM, both sulfur compounds which help my body detox from poisons, just as I have a probiotic drink every day, and I drink water filtered through a carbon filter which takes out most metals including lead, and it also takes out estrogens from the water-These simple things will make your life much easier.
What is bioaccumulation and bio magnification?
Bioaccumulation refers to the build-up of a toxic chemical in the body of a living organism while biomagnification is the increase of the concentration of a toxic chemical when going along a food chain.
Bioaccumulation refers to the gradual increase of toxic chemicals in the body tissues of living organisms over time. It occurs because the chemicals cannot be broken down by the organism (that is, it cannot be metabolized).
The source of pollutants that bioaccumulate in the body include pesticides, industrial chemicals, and by-products. Rainwater can transport residues of pesticides used in the farms in the creeks and eventually find their way into rivers, streams, estuaries, and oceans, among other water bodies.
I will repeat some of these causes of heavy metal exposure a few times because close to every single one of us have been exposed to this crap.
Old dental fillings (the silver ones)
Food
Water
Prescription medications
Household products
Air pollution
Vaccines
Cosmetics, lotions and fragrances
And if your mother had mercury in her body while carrying you, then some of that was passed on to you while you were in the womb-I THINK that its from “silver” dental fillings which you should have a qualified dentist replace with porcelain ones.
And speaking of pregnancy, two of the reasons that there are more sick people than ever includes diagnostic prenatal ultrasound which has been proven to make the fetus vulnerable to toxic exposures after he or she is born: Vaccines, birth drugs, antibiotics and other environmental stressors are made WORSE because of ultrasound and these children hae a greater risk of radiation-induced genetic and/or brain damage that can lead to Autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
In the United States the percent of childbirth done via Caesarean section is 31.8%, as  breastfeeding has decreased-Both vaginal delivery and breastfeeding give the infant the microbiome that they will need during the course of their life to because when a child goes through the birth canal they swallow the beneficial bacteria that live there and when C-sections are performed, the newborn does not get the healthy bacteria that is meant to colonize its gut and protect it throughout the course of the child’s life-Then you have the fact that nearly everyone is exposed to high levels of antibiotics throughout the course of their life which Fs up their microbiome.
And all of this is done by design.  Those running this place, evil and greedy as they are-They are not sloppy.
BIOACCUMULATION AND THE TOTAL BODY BURDEN
Isolated and trace amounts of xylene, toluene, benzene, styrene, phthalates, parabens and other chemical toxins may not cause health problems, but the total body burden gradually increases over years of exposure.
Many of them are fat soluble and are not broken down, rather they are stored in the fat cells of your body, where they can have insidious effects in steadily increasing concentrations. This bioaccumulation creates a constant workload for the body’s detoxification systems, which can weaken over time, thus slowing the detoxification process and allowing for a greater toxic burden.  Consequently, over decades of daily exposure, the toxic effect of multiple chemicals is synergistically enhanced, thus contributing to chronic un-wellness and disease.
Automobile emissions and industrial smokestacks are among the leading source of toxic pollutants found in the environment. They return to the ground when it rains, and they find their way into water bodies in different ecosystems. Deliberate discharge of pollutants in the environment is also another source of contaminants.
Juxtaposed alongside the ongoing rise in the incidence and prevalence of dementia, is the surge of recent research confirming widespread exposure and bioaccumulation of chemical toxicants. Evidence from sources such as the Centers for Disease Control reveals that most people have accrued varying degrees of assorted toxic pollutants including heavy metals, flame retardants, and pesticide residues within their bodies.
It has been well established that many of these toxicants have neurodegenerative as well as neurodevelopmental impact as a result of various pathophysiologic mechanisms including neuronal mitochondrial toxicity and disruption of neurotransmitter regulation.
No.  This is not as interesting as the mud flood, the great reset or the Tartarian Empire, but no matter how good your diet is, what supplements you take and how much you exercise, your health is far lower than it could otherwise be and your life will be much shorter than it could have been if you do not seriously reduce your exposure to and purge the poisons that are (mostly) stored in your fatty tissues.
Something as simple as taking a high quality soil-based probiotic every day, a good NAC supplement, MSM and some quality herbs such as burdock or milk thistle and you will begin to get healthier fast.
Something as simple as replacing all of your synthetic kitchen and laundry detergents and all of your synthetic personal care products will help your body detox from a lifetime of the crap it has stored inside of you.
Something as simple as taking liquid iodine (I use Lugol’s) will help purge the fluoride and other poisons out of your body.
And just be reducing your exposure to all forms of synthetic chemical estrogens and phyto estrogens found in soy, flax and sesame will help you detoxify.
Its what you get rid of, not just what you add.
If you stop eating soy, all grains including corn, commercial dairy, , all apex predator fish, or say all feedlot beef and chicken and replace it with clean foods, you will get healthier-When you eat a cow or chicken fed grain, soy or corn the herbicides and pesticides, the high levels of estrogens and the dangerously high levels of inflammatory omega 6’s go into your body, making you depressed, tired, weak, confused and far from the condition that you need to be in to deal with this sick, evil world.
If you can get used to eating canned sardines, they are very low in chemical toxins and you will be getting healthy omega 3’s, protein as well as calciumm because you can safely eat the bones of sardines.
Yes.  I know how excited all of you are now that you know this amazing fact.
Here are more examples of how these industrial scumfucks and their slave politicians care about the average man, woman and child.

There are 420 substances known or suspected to cause cancer found in adult humans.
287 substances found in the cord blood of newborn babies of which 63% can cause cancer, 76% are toxic to the brain and nervous system, and 72% can cause birth defects and/or abnormal development.
Industrial chemicals in everyday products
There are synthetic chemicals present in millions of everyday products. A few examples:
14,000 synthetic chemicals are used to make food fresher and increase it durability.
In the US, average city tap water contains over 500 different chemicals.
24,000 different chemicals can leach into your body from bottled water.
Tests of air quality in new cars found 275 chemicals linked to birth defects, cancer, learning impairment, and liver damage.
Over 10,000 personal care product ingredients are defined as reproductive toxins, carcinogens, or hormone disruptors.
8000 chemicals are used in the transformation of raw materials into fabric
“Often, the clippings from fabric mills are so loaded with dangerous chemicals they are handled like toxic waste.”
And to make things even more interesting, there’s something called “the cocktail effect” in which in our body, toxins combine in ways the make them more dangerous than by themselves, as in one plus one equals four.
Chemicals out of control: We don’t know how they affect us
Tests on how synthetic chemicals affect our health are too simplistic and do not represent what is going on in the real world.
One single chemical may have no effect on its own. Yet, it may have damaging effects when combined with other chemicals in a so-called ‘cocktail’.
However, tests are almost exclusively done on chemicals individually rather than in combination even though in reality we are exposed to many different chemicals at the same time.
There is an increasing body of evidence showing that combinations of extremely low doses of toxic chemicals can be very harmful to humans.
Here’s an example using cleaning supplies and this may partly be due to different chemicals having either the same or the opposite effect, which then strengthens or weakens the other’s effect, and partly due to a chemical being able to influence how another chemical is absorbed, spread or eliminated in the body. It may result in negative effects being added so that 1+1=2, but it can also be amplified even more so that 1+1=3 or greater.
Doses previously considered safe suddenly become unsafe. For example, it has been shown that mixtures of low levels of environmental toxins in fish can double the toxic effect on human cells compared with the effects of those chemicals separately, that is, 1+1=4.
Toxic chemicals affect everything from our brain development to our hormone systems. Some can be carcinogenic. “Chemicals are working in many different ways in your body… some chemicals have delayed effects, for example ones that interact with our hormone systems. If you are exposed in the womb or during puberty, the effects can turn up many years later, even decades later, perhaps as breast cancers or different metabolic disorders.”
So the outcomes depend not only on the type and level of exposure, but also whether that person is exposed during key stages of development. Because we’re never just exposed to one chemical at a time, this ‘toxic cocktail’ effect can be complex. Some chemicals might enhance the effect of others, some can work against each other.
Every time you participate in “risky” behavior, such as driving your car to a gas station for a fill up and then stopping to pick up your dry cleaning on the way home, you are adding solvents to your body burden of chemical toxins. And, the “common carpet” at home, work, or at the bank, emits over 200 volatile organic chemicals, including benzene, toluene, chloroform, zylene, styrene, to mention a few.
I am not trying to freak anyone out.  On my heavily censored You Tube channel and in my Crazz Files interviews I never do fear porn.
But I do want to jolt anyone who might be listening and falling asleep that this is some serious shit, and by taking full control over our health, and I mean REAL control, this will give us the added confidence and clarity of thought and strength of body that all awake people need to deal with this oppressive world and to tell its controllers to go fuck themselves because no one has a right to be in our bodies or minds.  And I mean fucking no one.

Think of what I’ve been talking about as far as chemicals and metals sickening and killing people-Those in charge do not are about the unborn, the handicapped-They do not are about blacks, trans, gays or anyone else-everyone is being used and everyone is being fkd with.
Look at all of the people who have gotten the Covid “vaccine.”  I’m sure that most of them were not targeted individuals.
I just wanted to prove a point and I did.
What are persistent organic pollutants?
Chemical toxins can accumulate in many places in the body, usually in fat cells which comprise all cell membranes in the body, including the brain and nerve cells.
Therefore it is difficult to correlate symptoms and diseases with specific toxins.
Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) are organic chemical compounds that have adverse, long-term effects on people and the environment. Highly stable and resistant to environmental degradation, POPs can be carried great distances by wind and water. In some cases, POPs can remain in the environment for years, if not decades. The most well-known example of a POP is dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT), but they are found in a wide range of chemicals used in both industrial and agricultural applications. These chemical compounds can easily enter human systems through the food chain and bioaccumulate, with the highest concentrations of POPs found in organisms at the top of the food chain. Human exposure to POPs can lead to several adverse health effects.
The adverse effects of POPs pose a threat to people, animals and the environment. Exposure to POPs has been linked to developmental defects, chronic illnesses and even death. Some POPs are carcinogenic, and studies have found that many of these substances can cause severe issues with the hormonal system, reproductive system, central nervous system and immune system.
By the way, when people lose weight they slowly release chemical toxins that are stored in the fat cells.
This “auto-toxicity” can lead to fatigue, muscle and joint pain, depression, and other troublesome symptoms that may compel some people to hit the junk food again for some momentary satisfaction, thus compromising successful weight loss.
So if you plan on losing weight fast and you are filled with toxins, you are going to get a strong rebound effect, so as I said before, unless its an emergency, slow and steady; Consistent wins the race.
Now I’m going to really dive into how all of us have been made sick through exposure to heavy metals, and this shows why all of us, myself included have to avoid these metals and other poisons and get them out of our bodies as much as possible.
Hell, if you belong to a gym with a sauna, use it, but drink water before, during and after and shower the crap that you sweat out of your body.

Heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead and mercury are used in numerous agricultural, domestic, medical, industrial and technological ways so these metals have been distributed into our homes and much of the environment outside of it-Think of how the toxins in air pollution settle to the earth-This is one of the reasons that we need to take good nutritional supplements.
These  metallic  elements are measured in systemic toxicants because they are known to induce multiple organ damage, even at very low exposure.
When heavy metals are not metabolized by the  body they become toxic and accumulate in soft tissues as they enter the human body  in  the  course  of  food,  water,  air,  or absorption through the skin. There  are  thirty  five  metals  that  are  of  our concern because of the residential or occupational exposure,  out  of  which  most  belongs  to  heavy metals  (arsenic,  bismuth,  antimony,  cerium, cadmium,  chromium,  cobalt,  copper,  gold, gallium, iron,  manganese, lead,  mercury, nickel, platinum, silver, tellurium, thallium, tin, uranium, vanadium, and zinc) and are commonly found in environment  and diet
Continuing exposure of  some  metals  may  lead  to  progressively progressing physical,  muscular  and neurological degenerative processes that replicate the diseases such  as multiple  sclerosis,  Alzheimer’s  disease, Parkinson’s  disease  and  muscular  dystrophy.
Frequent long-term exposure of some metals and their compounds may even cause cancer.
Acute heavy metal intoxications may damage central nervous function, the cardiovascular and gastrointestinal (GI) systems, lungs, kidneys, liver, endocrine glands and bones. Chronic heavy metal exposure has been implicated in several degenerative diseases of these same systems and may increase the risk of some cancers.
Toxicity of heavy metals can lesser the energy levels and can damage the functioning of brain, kidney, lungs, liver, blood  composition and other significant organs.
It’s not possible to completely avoid exposure to toxic metals. It is, however, possible to reduce metal toxicity risk through lifestyle choices that diminish the probability of harmful heavy metal uptake, such as dietary measures that may promote the safe metabolism or excretion of ingested heavy metals
Excessive heavy metals can create an imbalance in your gut. Compromised gut health has also been connected to decreasing brain function, depression, dementia, and Alzheimer’s.
 One way that you can try to detox your body of heavy metals is by using Humic and fulvic acids which are are both ancient, organic substances found in the earth and in aquatic environments. They are powerful allies to nature, enabling plants to fully absorb nutrients and minerals.

Air Fresheners
There are a few very dangerous chemicals in air fresheners. Formaldehyde for one is a cancer causing chemical that irritates the lungs as well as the mucous membranes. Petroleum distillates are irritable to the eyes, lungs, and skin, are highly flammable and can induce lethal pulmonary edema. Inhaling the flammable aerosol propellants can cause damage to the nervous system.
Ammonia
Inhaling ammonia will irritate the mucous membranes and lungs. Touching ammonia with bare skin can cause severe chemical burns. Mixing ammonia with bleach is extremely dangerous, as it creates an even more reactive chemical known as chloramine which can kill you.
Antibacterial Cleaners
Triclosan can be found in many antibacterial cleaners. When triclosan is absorbed into the skin, it can cause damage to the liver. Antibacterial soaps and cleaners can also cause drug resistant bacteria to develop-Wait-this sounds vaguely familiar-Oh, that’s right.  Over the last two-and-a-half years, these sick evil fucks have been telling billions of people to slather on hand sanitizers which are PACKED with poisons-Even the openly criminal FDA issued warnings on wood alcohol sanitizers from Mexico.
The triclosan found in many antibacterial cleaners is not just an antibiotic but its highly estrogenic meaning that it can contribute to obesity, allergies, lower testosterone, cancer, infertility and it adversely effects the children and grandchildren of the parents who have been exposed to high doses of estrogenic chemicals throughout the course of their life as in Epigenetics.
Here are some more ways in which chemicals in our household are literal weapons:
Antifreeze
Among all household chemicals that can kill you, antifreeze should never be missed out. Ethylene glycol, or antifreeze, is highly poisonous if ingested. Just casually breathing in antifreeze can make you very dizzy. Swallowing antifreeze can cause serious organ damage or failure to the kidneys, heart, and brain. Kids and animals are attracted to ethylene glycol because the taste is quite sweet, and sometimes the flavor killing properties of antifreeze aren’t enough to keep curious taste buds away.
Carpet/Upholstery Shampoos
Most carpet and upholstery shampoos contain two very dangerous chemicals. One is ammonium hydroxide which irritates the lungs, skin, and eyes, as it is highly corrosive; and the other is perchlorethylene which is a carcinogenic chemical that can damage the nervous system, liver, and kidneys.
Car Wash/Polish
Inhaling the petroleum distillates in many car washes and polishes can cause fluid in the lungs, or pulmonary edema. Petroleum distillates can also cause cancer of the lungs and skin, and will irritate the eyes and nose.
Dishwasher Detergents
The most common chemical to poison children is chlorine, and most dishwasher detergents contain highly concentrated levels of it.
Many perfumes and dyes in laundry detergents can cause allergic reactions in some people. Swallowing the chemicals in laundry detergent can induce a coma, and cause vomiting, nausea, and convulsions.
Formaldehyde and sodium hypochlorite are both found in mildew and mold cleaners. These chemicals can cause pulmonary edema (fluid in the lungs) and cancer.
Motor Oil
Cancer can develop after exposure to the hydrocarbons found in motor oil. Also, the heavy metals in motor oils can cause major damage to many organ systems.
Oven Cleaner
Oven cleaners that contain a base of potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide are deadly if ingested. If inhaled, chemical burns can develop in the lungs; and if spilled, chemical burns form on the skin.
Windshield Wiper Fluid
Windshield wiper fluid contains ethylene glycol, the same chemical found in antifreeze. Ethylene glycol ingestion can lead to damage of the heart, kidneys, and brain, and can also be fatal. Windshield wiper fluid may also contain methanol, which if ingested, inhaled, or absorbed into the skin can cause blindness, and damage the liver, brain, and kidneys. The isopropyl alcohol in windshield wiper fluid can depress the central nervous system, and cause severe drowsiness or unconsciousness, and of course, death.
In my last Crazz presentation, I covered the main reason why during the fake pandemic, that most men did not raise hell and speak up and do something LEGAL about the crimes against humanity that have been committed against us all over the last two-and-a-half years and this is because since xenoestrogens have been introduced into the environment by industrial, agricultural and chemical companies and consumers only in the last 70 years or so, during which men have been femininized through each new generation of offspring due to epigenetics,  and these high levels of estrogen in males, or estrogen dominance affects normal, healthy aggressively-Actually its a combination of xenoestrogens, phytoestrogens found in soy, flax, lavender and yes, marihuana, and its a diet high in plants and low in healthy animal fats and proteins which we need to make hormones like testosterone and to repair and build our body.
Something as simple as refined grains and sugars affect how the bones of our skull form, so not to sound like an asshole, but if you look at a lot of guys in their teens to forties, the ones with beards often look like the bearded woman that you see in a circus and this is mostly due to exposure to estrogenic chemicals while in the womb, throughout the course of one’s life, and from the xenoestrogens and the plant of phyto estrogens your parents and grandparents were exposed to-The evil fucks who run this world make their plans long in advance-They are patient as hell, and everything that has come to pass is part of their long-term transhumanist fantasy, even though I know that there are aspects of it that are fear porn because they are well, unscientific.
So “what the F are xenoestrogens you ask?”
Xenoestrogens are a sub-category of the endocrine disruptor group that specifically have estrogen-like effects.
Estrogen is a natural hormone in humans that is important for bone growth, blood clotting and reproduction in men and women.
The body regulates the amount needed through intricate biochemical pathways.
When xenoestrogens enter the body they increase the total amount of estrogen resulting in a phenomenon called, estrogen dominance.
Xenoestrogens are not biodegradable so, they are stored in our fat cells.
Build up of xenoestrogens have been indicated in many conditions including:  breast, prostate and testicular cancer, obesity, infertility, endometriosis, early onset puberty, miscarriages and diabetes.
How Can You Minimize Your Exposure to Xenoestrogens?
There are several steps that you can take to minimize your exposure to xenoestrogens. By now, you should be aware of the types of xenoestrogens and their harmful effects on the various systems in your body. The following steps will effectively mitigate against exposure to these invisible compounds.
Dietary Consumption
Limit your intake of meat and dairy products
If not, opt for organic and free-range meat and dairy.
Limit your intake of fish, mainly canned fish which is high in mercury and PCBs
Opt for hormone-free meat and dairy products
Opt for pesticide-free fruits and vegetables where possible
If not, thoroughly wash your fruits and vegetables immediately after purchasing them.
Pollutant Exposure
Take public transport where feasible. Automobile exhaust is high in xenoestrogens.
If you smoke cigarettes, try to cut down or quit. Use nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
If you live in a household with someone who smokes, encourage them to smoke outside of the house. This will help to minimize exposure to second-hand smoke.
Household Products
Use glass and/or ceramic ware to store food at home instead of plastic containers.
Avoid microwaving plastic containers. This is because BPA leaching can occur.
Avoid placing your plastic bottles or containers in direct sunlight.
Personal Hygiene Products
Avoid cosmetic products that have toxic chemicals and xenoestrogens.
These adverse effects do not occur overnight, and instead, take years to develop. Recent evidence suggests that xenoestrogens play a significant role in the development of cancers, particularly prostate cancer.
Although organic foods and glass/ceramic ware are more costly, the upfront cost of investing in these is significantly less than the long-term costs of poor health and cancer.
Technically, electromagnetic fields and electromagnetic radiation can be considered toxins, but for this presentation, I am mainly focusing on synthetic chemicals.

You want to be conscious about your health, but when someone obsesses  over their health, the stress alone will make them sick.
And since I have been talking about poisons, I have to give some coverage to plant toxins and antinutrients, which are the chemicals plants use to defend themselves from fungi, insects, and animal predators. Humans are predators and many of the chemicals plants produce are harmful to us.
To defend themselves, plants have created naturally-occurring pesticides, mineral chelators, and antibiotics.
humans consume 5,000 to 10,000 different natural pesticides every day, many of which cause cancer when tested in lab animals.
Whats more, carcinogen levels in many of these plants are commonly thousands of times higher than the levels of synthetic pesticides.
That’s pesticides produced by hybridized plants found in the supermarket, not industrial scumbags.
While nutrients provide nourishment, antinutrients block the absorption of specific proteins, vitamins, and minerals. They can lead to mineral deficiencies while damaging our digestive systems by poking holes in our intestinal walls resulting in “leaky gut,” but more on that later.
Plant toxins and antinutrients are frequently the culprits behind headaches, asthma, joint pain, and other allergic responses associated with food sensitivities, digestive complaints, and various autoimmune diseases.
Studies do show that eating organic food for two weeks has been shown to decrease blood levels of toxins by 90%, but you are better off with a diet high in clean ruminants like cows, bison, goats, sheep, elk and deer, fish from cleaner waters, raw organic dairy (if you can handle it), and some fruit and vegetables that are low in nutrient blockers and plant poisons.
So we are all exposed to poisonous heavy metals, large airborne particulates from pollution and close to one-hundred thousand other synthetic chemicals, dangerously high levels of radiation and radio frequencies, insane levels of psychological stress-Most of us are low in key macro and micro nutrients and on top of that, most plants are doing their best to make us sick.
So a legit question is, “is it possible to avoid toxins completely?”
Of course, avoidance of toxins is always a good place to start, but the bottom line is that it is impossible to avoid all toxins.
 We are just bathed in them.
Certainly, any efforts we can make to reduce exposure can help, but the bottom line is that we just can’t make ourselves crazy about avoiding toxins because it is impossible.
Filtering water can reduce toxin intake as well. The environmental working group (EWG) has wonderful tools to help you decide how best to spend your dollars.

The bottom line is to be aware of toxins in the environment, learn how toxins affect the body, and to do your best to avoid them.
During this presentation, I have mentioned the microbiome and why we need to colonize it with health prebiotics and probiotics.
What is the Gut Microbiome?
Microbes include bacteria, and fungi that exist within our bodies.
There are approximately 100 trillion microbes living in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract alone, mostly within the large intestine. These microbes are collectively referred to as the gut microbiome, and can be thought of as a separate, multi-functional organ within the body.
Studies show that there may be more than 1,000 species of bacteria in the human gut microbiome.
The gut microbiome plays an important role in digestion and keeping the immune system healthy.right up arrow Disturbances to the gut microbiome can contribute to diseases, such as obesity, inflammatory bowel disease, diabetes, eczema, celiac disease, and psoriatic arthritis.
The phrase “gut feeling” is accurate because there are more nerves going from the our GI tract to our brain than from our brain to our GI tract-Your gut is your second brain, and if you have been on even one round of antibiotics, used hand sanitizer or antibacterial soaps, drank or bathed in chlorinated water, been under a lot of stress for a long time, eaten Meat products containing antibiotics and growth hormones, or used over the counter medications such as aspirin, antacids, painkillers, and laxatives, unless you have restocked the bacteria and yeast in your gut from fermented foods and/or a good probiotic, no matter what supplements you take, no matter how much you exercise or no matter how positive you think your atttidue towards life is, if the micro organisms in your lower gut are well, low and out of balance, then you are far sicker than you think you are and this translates to your mood not being as high as it could be and your body not detoxing as well as it should because every part of your body is interdependent at some level and if your microbiome is lousy, the rest of your health will also suffer.
This is why everyone listening should look into soil based organism probiotic supplements that also include prebiotic fiber which is the indigestible fiber such as sprouted broccoli seed, artichoke, holy basil, organic turkey tail mushroom, and organic acacia fiber, so Prebiotics are a source of food for your gut’s healthy bacteria.
They’re carbs your body can’t digest. So they go to your lower digestive tract, where they act like food to help the healthy bacteria grow.
This is why we should have some plant material-so that our microbiome can keep us healthy from Xenobiotics, which  include environmental toxins, pollutants, antibiotics, chemicals in plastics, heavy metals, synthetic estrogens, and herbicides and pesticides. When xenobiotics get into your body – usually through contaminated food, water, and air – they can wreak serious havoc, and exposure, especially early exposure, can lead to endocrine disorders, liver toxicity, a suppressed immune system, infertility, obesity, cancer, and, in large enough quantities, death.
Some strains of probiotics have the benefit of containing and metabolizing xenobiotics and heavy metals.
Thus, consuming probiotics of the right kind can help with detoxifying your body of these xenobiotics.
And by taking a combination probiotic and prebiotic capsule (or powder) every day, or drinking water kefir (which you can make cheaply) the trillions of bacteria in your lower GI will help to excrete some of the poisons that are already in your body, and it will process some of the toxins that you are exposed to on an ongoing or daily basis, and your colon will also take some of the workload off of your liver as far as detoxing goes, but unless you are on a blood thinner, I strongly recommend that you take at least 1800 milligrams of N-Acetyl Cysteine every day on an empty stomach because this alone will help push toxins out of your body through your liver and kidneys and there are some very intelligent people out there who think that you get all of your amino acids, vitamins and minerals from food and that’s a lie.
Also look into taking the isolated amino acids Arginine and Citrulline which are nitric oxide dilators which expand your blood vessels delivering nutrients faster than ever while helping your body rid itself of waste products faster and more efficiently than ever because your circulitory system is working much better and yes, our bodies are supposed to be able to produce high amounts of nitric oxide to function at peak efficiency, but some very deluded people just do not seem to get that the people you see shambling around in 2022 are not like the healthy and robust people from fifty, seventy, or a hundred-plus years ago;We are FILLED with poison and most of us are not as vital as we would have been were we born into a more pristine world and there are at least twenty reasons why we should have some supplements in our diet from those who have detox problems with the MTHFR gene variant and need to take methyl folate instead of folic acid as this helps people’s natural detox mechanisms work better.
You also want to take a good probiotic because
95% of our serotonin, the key neurotransmitter responsible for regulating mood, is made in your gut.
A deficiency in serotonin causes depression and, in some, anxiety.

Methylation is a critical process that happens trillions of times in every cell each minute.  It is one of the most essential metabolic functions of the body and is dependent upon a variety of enzymes.  Adapting to stress and the challenges of life is an aspect that methylation provides the body.  Without adequate methylation processes the individual cannot adapt effectively and will suffer the deleterious effects of accelerated aging.

I have been taking a methylated B-Complex for over eight-months now and my daily methyl folate dose goes as high as 16 milligrams and I have no anxiety, depression, headaches, irritability, insomnia, runny nose, body pain, itchy skin, or other  issues from it and its 99.9% that I have the MTHFR gene variant which fks up my body’s ability to detoxify.
People with an MTHFR genetic mutation often have difficulties transforming folate into its active form. This genetic mutation affects the ability of the MTHFR enzyme to add a methyl group to folate. Thus, people with MTHFR gene mutations often feel much better when they supplement with methylfolate, which helps them maintain folate status and proper methylation.

Something as simple as buying a methylated B-Complex could make your body and mind work much better to deal with this toxic world-This is why I go into these things, because our bodies and minds are not as efficient as they would have been had we been born into a much cleaner world say a couple of hundred-years ago.
