Labor-Green Climate Act forces business to bow to anti-carbon cult

WHEN the Labor government’s Chief Climate Clown Chris Bowen calls the passing of a Bill a “good day for the parliament and Australia” and the ABC reports the event with not one word of critical appraisal, you know something very bad is on the horizon.
That is the case with the Federal Government’s climate bill that passed parliament this month, enshrining its 43 per cent emissions reduction target into statute. The bill passed 86 votes to 50 in the House of Reps and the Senate with the help of the Greens (of course), the Taswegian twerp Jacqui Lambie and “independent” Senator David Pocock – another dedicated little ACT greenie.
According to the ABC, Pocock got the government to agree to several amendments “aimed at improving transparency and accountability”. But “transparency” in relation to this Act is not just about the government having to prove how it is “tackling climate change”, it targets business too.
Not only will businesses that emit more than 100,000 tonnes of greenhouse gases a year be forced to document their actions to “fight climate change” by cutting emissions by between 3.5 and 6 per cent per year, they will have to show why they did or did not not leap at “climate opportunities” that arise, which means government literally telling business that they must invest in “green technology”.
Cashing in on this Act, as corporates tend to do, are international “business consultants” Ernst and Young, who, for a million or two or five, will send “multidisciplinary teams” to “help companies understand the risks and opportunities arising from climate change and sustainability issues”. Oh how caring and sharing of Ernst Young!
More accurately it would be called a brazen corporate scam run by one corporation to skim money off another corporation, and eventually the public through higher prices, because the government is allegedly enforcing some “green target” through some Bill they passed.
The reporting mechanism, it should be noted, was developed by the former Coalition government, and will cover businesses including coal mines, aluminium smelters, gas production, steel and manufacturing plants as well as airlines (now there’s an excuse to raise plane fares).
The immediate effect of this will mean higher costs of doing business, plus the penalization and restriction of day to day use of coal, oil, diesel, gas. Even worse, if a company is offered some alleged “fossil fuel alternative” but ignores it, they will have to explain why to big brother, aka the Climate Change Authority, yet another gaggle of overpaid fat cat Senior Executive Service bureaucrats.
Basically, this so-called government climate initiative says to Australian businesses: “Believe and follow our globalist ideology or else we will gently harass you and publicly shame and if necessary, fine you an enormous amount of money on a daily basis.”
But of course there is an “out clause” for the biggest of the big boy businesses who pour those handy bundles of cash into the Labor Party machine, not forgetting Team B on the Opposition benches. A “discussion paper” sets out “tailored conditions for emissions-intensive, trade-exposed industries to avoid them being put at competitive disadvantage and prevent emissions leaking overseas”.
It’s most convenient for BHP, Woodside, Rio Tinto, Fortescue and a handful of other big outfits who would be otherwise left for dead by Asian-based resource companies not laden down by the environmental regulations and wage demands of Australia.
As for the the government, they must report annually on their progress towards the goal, which no doubt a bunch of pampered young Canberra bureaucrats fresh out of uni will gleefully undertake for half the year.
According to the ABC, “the bill is largely symbolic” but “marks a breakthrough in the legislative gridlock of federal parliament, where attempts to legislate climate action have toppled several prime ministers.” Here’s another chance for Australian business to do the same again, to teach these ideological climate clowns to back off from their green agenda.
The ABC also casually informs us that the introduction of the Bill in May “followed the government formally updating Australia’s Nationally Determined Contribution with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, part of its obligations under the Paris Agreement.”
We should also mention that climate clown extraordinaire Adam Bandt backed the Climate Bill but complained that it did not ban all new oil and gas projects. The Gaia Cult commie told the ABC the Greens would now push to shut down future projects by amending the safeguard mechanism, which penalises “big polluting companies” that go over a set carbon emissions ceiling.
Bandt and his gaggle of Greens are a great asset for Labor, as they make Labor look like a commonsense party, which, as we know, is far from the truth.
According to the ABC, the Coalition determined it would oppose the bill, although some of its MPs and at least one senator are considering crossing the floor to support it, indicating how far left the so-called Liberal “centrists” have drifted.
Predictably, a major industry group fell into line with current woke corporate ideology with Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry chief Andrew McKellar claiming the bill “would send a clear and welcome signal to the market in its transition to clean energy”.
“This is a missed opportunity for the Opposition. The announcement today demonstrates that the climate wars are over. This must act as a moment for unity of purpose,” the McKellar claimed.
Of course it’s to be expected from these corporate types who learn “correct thinking” from Rotary meetings, the Lodge, the mainstream media and the occasional Davos meetings they are so “privileged” to attend.
The information is overwhelming – The Climate Change Claims are a dangerous, damaging, destructive fraud that will destroy our world – this must be stopped.

In a recent lecture, Nobel Laureate physicist John Clauser exposed how the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) models and analyses, which are relied upon by politicians and activists to support claims of a ‘climate crisis’, do not meet basic standards of scientific enquiry. Clauser received his Nobel prize in 2022 for the observational measurement of quantum entanglement and understands well the problem of distinguishing a physical signal from background noise.
Clauser shows that, when corrected for the IPCC’s error prone arithmetic and statistics, the observational data do not support the power imbalance claimed to be responsible for global warming. Furthermore, the outputs of climate models are at variance with the observational record. Clauser discusses the roles of convection, clouds and their variability in providing a negative feedback mechanism, and proposes that this acts as a thermostat that stabilises surface temperatures. Clauser’s conclusion is that claims of a ‘climate crisis’ lack scientific substance and that Net Zero policies are an unnecessary hindrance.

Many of the UN SD goals ‘sound like’ worthy ideals’, for example, who could argue against the goal of eliminating poverty from the world? In this article I attempt to decode the true meaning behind the deceptive marketing language of the UN Sustainable Development goals (SDGs).
The UN SDGs can be a bit tricky to decode, certainly with all the weaponized buzz words they use. Many of these goals maybe unattainable, but for the global elite, the point isn’t to improve the world, the point is to control it, and control you. Of course, the cost of this deceptive ‘planetary utopia’ is handing over control of all planetary resources to the unelected dictators at the UN, for alleged ‘conservation’.
Real Environmentalism Was Hijacked by Deceptive UN Political Schemes
In a previous article initially published in February 2023 titled ‘1500 scientists say ‘Climate Change Not Due to Co2’ – The real environment movement was hijacked’ I provided evidences and testimonies from renowned international climate scientists that contradict the UN assertion that climate change is caused by CO2 emissions.
I also referred to the conclusion of 1500 climate scientists and climate professionals at the Climate Intelligence Foundation (CLINTEL) that the climate changes naturally and slowly in its own cycle, and that solar activity is the dominant factor in climate; and that CO2 emissions or methane from livestock, such as cows, are not the dominant factors in climate change. This is comprehensively detailed in the books Transcending the Climate Change Deception Toward Real Sustainability and in the book Climate CO2 Hoax. Furthermore, the number of signatories of the CLINTEL declaration has now increased to 1860.
The UN climate change, sustainable development and green economy policies over the past 30 years are little more than worldwide marketing tricks that have tragically brainwashed two generations of people who do not understand what the UN actually is, and who is it is really designed to serve.
The word “sustainable” was hijacked decades ago, and it is now deceptively used to advance the agendas of globalist mega-corporate interests who couldn’t care less about the environment.
The aim is to catapult humanity into the arms of UN Agenda 2030 and other deceptive marketing plans entirely aligned with the objectives of the so-called financial elites of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Davos group. UN Agenda 2030 is not about real environmentalism it is all to scare people into accepting totalitarian authority and limitations to their freedom and personal wellbeing.
What the UN really means by ‘sustainable development’ is population control, central planning, global governance, and education to indoctrinate your children into a new set of beliefs in preparation for the new fake “sustainable” world order.

In recent months the world is hearing unusual terms to describe extreme weather events. Now terms like Bomb Cyclone or Atmospheric Rivers are used in the daily TV weather reports to describe dumping of record volumes of rain or snow in regions of the world in an extremely destructive way. The Green Mafia claims, without a shred of factual proof, that it is all because of man’s too-large “carbon footprint.” They use it as an excuse to double down on phasing out oil, gas, coal as well as nuclear energy in favor of unworkable, taxpayer-subsidized “green energy”– unreliable wind or solar. Could it be that these freak weather calamities are indeed “manmade,” but not from CO2 emissions?
Since late December, especially the United States has undergone severe weather events from the Bomb Cyclone storm that buried much of the East Coast in record snow from Buffalo down as far as Florida. At the same time the US West Coast from Washington State down the coast of California has undergone extreme flooding from wave after wave of so-called Oceanic Rivers carrying huge volumes of water from the Pacific causing severe flooding. Without presenting any scientific proof, green ideologues have claimed it is all due to manmade global warming– now called “climate change” to confuse the original issue– and argue for accelerated transition to a dystopian carbon free world.
A serious case can be made that it could well be manmade. But not because of too much CO2 or other manmade greenhouse gas emissions. It could be due to deliberate and malicious manipulation of our major weather patterns.

The chair of the agency that helps set the price of carbon credits is paid a government salary as the federal adviser and regulator and will simultaneously be on the payroll of a company that makes money out of carbon credits.
In June the Albanese Labor government appointed Matt Kean as the Climate Change Authority chair. Given his track record, how can Matt Kean be considered a qualified choice? As New South Wales Treasurer, his last budget tripled their deficit and put them on track for a $160 billion debt. As energy minister he left their grid facing blackouts with the proposed shutdown of Liddell and Eraring power stations.
Matt Kean’s glaring incompetence, though, pales beside his conflict of interest. The Climate Change Authority that Kean chairs, from which he advises the government, influences the price of carbon credits. Two months after getting the job, Matt Kean accepted a second job. The Climate Change Authority mustn’t be doing too much if the chair has time to shop himself around for other part-time jobs. When the chair is chasing other careers, do we really need a Climate Change Authority? That second job is with Wollemi Capital, who will make millions from investing in carbon credits. Matt Kean is chair of the government agency that helps set the price of carbon credits while he works for a company that will make money out of carbon credits. It seems that Australia has the best politicians that money can buy.
What does the Albanese Labor government say about this blatant conflict of interest? Nothing. Silence. The government is happy to put the fox in charge of the henhouse, and Australians will continue to pay.
The government’s appointment confirms that climate fraud is all about transferring wealth from us the people to corporations and to billionaire parasites taking solar and wind subsidies while fleecing carbon dioxide credits. Only One Nation will end the wind and solar subsidies rort, ditch the net zero plans and rorts, and fire Matt Kean.

Twitter fulfilling more government censorship requests under Musk
Twitter has complied at least partially with 98.8 percent of takedown requests under Elon Musk’s ownership, data shows.
Corynne McSherry, legal director of the digital rights group Electronic Frontier Foundation, said the development was cause for concern.
“As Twitter’s own previous reports and actions show, government takedown requests are frequently legally flawed or improper, and even lawful requests may conflict with international freedom of expression principles,” McSherry told Al Jazeera.
“And while many have abandoned Twitter, it remains a powerful and important platform internationally, particularly for journalists and human rights defenders,” she said. “Further, if Twitter is complying so quickly with takedown requests, one has to wonder what other government requests Twitter is fulfilling without protest.”
The rise in government takedowns follows a series of shakeups Musk has undertaken at Twitter, including slashing the workforce by 80 percent to around 1,500 employees and axing the company’s entire human rights team.
Twitter has also shuttered many of its regional offices, including in India, where the administration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has introduced sweeping measures to regulate the internet and social media.
Twitter has not published an internal transparency report on government removal requests since July, and data has instead been collected through automatic submissions from Twitter to the Lumen database.
Jyoti Panday, a researcher at the Internet Governance Project at the Georgia Institute of Technology, said business concerns at Twitter appeared to be taking precedence over human rights.
“Elon came in and disbanded a lot of crucial teams that were spread out across the world,” Panday told Al Jazeera.
“Users have the right to be heard, and they are approaching the platform to say, ‘Can you put back our content? We can prove it’s not illegal and not unlawful content. I’m well within my rights,’ but those mechanisms that would be in place to judge … have been completely disbanded, and there’s no response she said.

Australia and New Zealand propose new law scrapping GMO labeling requirements on food
Researcher Kate Mason is warning that Australia and New Zealand’s food authority, FSANZ, has proposed amendments to its current Food Standards Code that would see gene-edited foods being deregulated and labels disappearing altogether, leaving consumers who seek real food in the dark about the true origins of the products being sold in supermarkets there.
Mason wrote: “FSANZ asserts that genetically edited food is the same as natural-conventional food, that it has the same “characteristics.” Under this definition, lab meat may be seen as the same as meat, as the lab meat has added synthetic vitamins and minerals which match the natural levels of vitamins and minerals in meat.”
She also cautioned that the move could ultimately result in the worldwide processed food industry self-regulating gene-edited food, putting everyone at risk of unknowingly consuming engineered “foods.”
GeneEthics Director Bob Phelps echoed Mason’s warning, cautioning that the new definitions of “gene technology” and “food produced using gene technology” would mean that the gene-modified organisms and chemicals that are used in producing synthetic food would be exempt from regulations. In fact, the food industry would not even be required to inform FSANZ that it used the technology.

Abstract
A Satellite Weather Modification System (SWMS) uses earth satellites to harness solar energy to modify the thermodynamics and composition of the earth\’s atmosphere. SWMS has three subsystems: The first subsystem includes a network of earth satellites called Satellite Engines (SEs) used to reflect solar energy and/or transform solar energy into other forms of energy beams discharged at specified locations. The media at these locations and the media through which the energy beams pass absorb these energies and change them into heat. The second subsystem includes a large network of Remote Sensing Devices (RSDs). These sensors are used to measure local media compositions, dynamic parameters and thermodynamic properties. Sensor measurements are fed back to the third subsystem, which includes a network of Ground Control Stations (GCSs). GCSs provide energy beam guidance by estimating each beam\’s characteristics and its aim point trajectory as functions of time. Integration of these three subsystems establishes a sensor feedback energy beam guidance and control loop. SWMS\’s weather modification applications include alteration of precipitation, reclaiming of wasteland, reducing damage by bad weather, and improving environment. Its non-weather related applications include supplying concentrated energy to electricity generating stations (solar, wind and hydro), high latitude greenhouse farms, and solar powered airplanes.

It should be noted that with the closing down of The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) program in Alaska in 2014, the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has been actively involved in ENMOD research, most of which is classified. In relation to the current context including the war in Ukraine, the Pentagon has formulated the contours of a global military agenda, a “long war”, a war without borders. “Weather warfare” is part of a diversified military arsenal of conventional and strategic weapons systems. ENMOD is potentially a weapon of mass destruction (WMD), with the capacity of destabilizing an enemy’s ecosystem, destroying its agriculture, disabling communications networks.
Weather manipulation is the pre-emptive weapon par excellence. It can be directed against enemy countries or even “friendly nations”, without their knowledge.
The manipulation of climate can be used to destabilize an enemy’s economy, ecosystem and agriculture. ENMOD techniques can undermine an entire national economy, impoverish millions of people and “kill a nation” without the deployment of troops and military hardware.

Bomb Cyclones and Atmospheric Rivers: Is Someone Messing with the Weather?

In recent months the world is hearing unusual terms to describe extreme weather events. Now terms like Bomb Cyclone or Atmospheric Rivers are used in the daily TV weather reports to describe dumping of record volumes of rain or snow in regions of the world in an extremely destructive way. The Green Mafia claims, without a shred of factual proof, that it is all because of man’s too-large “carbon footprint.” They use it as an excuse to double down on phasing out oil, gas, coal as well as nuclear energy in favor of unworkable, taxpayer-subsidized “green energy”– unreliable wind or solar. Could it be that these freak weather calamities are indeed “manmade,” but not from CO2 emissions?
Since late December, especially the United States has undergone severe weather events from the Bomb Cyclone storm that buried much of the East Coast in record snow from Buffalo down as far as Florida. At the same time the US West Coast from Washington State down the coast of California has undergone extreme flooding from wave after wave of so-called Oceanic Rivers carrying huge volumes of water from the Pacific causing severe flooding. Without presenting any scientific proof, green ideologues have claimed it is all due to manmade global warming– now called “climate change” to confuse the original issue– and argue for accelerated transition to a dystopian carbon free world.
A serious case can be made that it could well be manmade. But not because of too much CO2 or other manmade greenhouse gas emissions. It could be due to deliberate and malicious manipulation of our major weather patterns.

When Black Caviar’s foal – a colt sired by Snitzel – passed away this week, there was a virtual day of mourning.
He received “around-the-clock, world-class veterinary care, but unfortunately could not be saved”, and headlines lamented devastation, with even ABC reporting that “late Black Caviar champion racehorse’s final foal has died”.
As the world mourned the loss of a baby horse, a parliamentary inquiry in Queensland, sparked by Katter Australia Party MP Robbie Katter, was hearing gut-wrenching testimonies from frontline midwives like Louise Adsett. They revealed the tragic story of a baby boy, fighting for his life for five agonising hours devoid of any care, let alone that given to a colt.
A motion in the Senate, which sought to “recognise that at least one baby is born alive every seven days following a failed abortion and left to die and that Australia’s health care system is enabling these inhumane deaths, and for the Senate to condemn this practice, noting that babies born alive as a result of a failed abortion deserve care,” went strategically unrecognised in most media, save for Weekend Telegraph columnist Peta Credlin on Sky.
This was not a debate about women’s right to abortion but only pertained to what to do when an aborted baby is born alive.
Queensland MP Robbie Katter has introduced a bill to ensure the rights of babies born alive in his state. It’s a crucial step, which means the duty of a registered health practitioner to provide medical care and treatment to a person born as a result of termination would be no different from their duty to anybody else.
I’ll help with some transparency, a link to how they voted. You’ll find every so-called “caring”, “ethical” party, including Teal, Labor, the Greens and the four soft-moderate Liberal faction Senators, voted against pain relief for a baby dying in a dish.
