Kiwi health bureaucrats in panic mode as whistleblower appears in court

WHILE the government of Iceland has announced the suspension of covid 19 vaccines, the New Zealand’s Ministry of Health and state-sponsored media have gone into desperate denial and cover-up mode over leaked covid19 vaccination data showing multiple deaths following shots. The data has gone worldwide.
Whistleblower Barry Young aka “Winston Smith”, whose home was raided by police on Sunday, appeared in the Wellington District Court on Monday charged with dishonestly accessing health department databases. He faces a maximum penalty of seven years jail. A crowd of supporters appeared in the court to cheer Young when he was brought out into the dock by police.
Update: Young was denied bail on Monday afternoon. Judge Nicholls said the key risk is that he could interfere with evidence, as police are still collecting data from his cloud storage. He will be released on bail at 1pm on Tuesday because police are expected to finish the data download tomorrow morning.
US vaccine safety campaigner Steve Kirsch responded on X: “Oh, they think if he is free, he’ll delete the data from his cloud storage. What they’ll find is he consulted with me and Norman Fenton and we both independently validated his concerns.”
Kirsch says Norman Fenton, a UK professor, agreed with his analysis of the data. “So it is a crime to act on the advice of the person with the most expertise in the world on this issue (Norman Fenton)?” he posted. Fenton is a mathematician and computer scientist and is Professor of Risk Information Management in the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London.
The chief executive of the Ministry of Health Margie Apa claimed data had been taken down from the overseas website and an Employment Relations Authority injunction was preventing it from being published elsewhere. Her department makes the ludicrous claim that only four people have died from covid vaccines. But Apa is kidding herself, because the data, although incomplete, shows hundreds of post vaccination deaths.
says the record-level public health data proves (what is already widely known) that covid vaccines are unsafe and often lethal. But this is all denied by big pharma-controlled bureaucrats like Apa who continues to spout the propaganda slogan that covid vaccines are “safe and effective” and accuses Kirsch of “spreading disinformation”.
Record-level data is a medical record that contains unique and non-aggregated data elements that relate to a single identifiable individual, provider or hospital, however Kirsch says all personal references were removed from the leaked data before it was published.
Meanwhile, the government of Iceland has announced the immediate withdrawal of all Covid-19 vaccines, as the island nation’s public health system grapples with a huge spike in vaccine related sudden deaths and injuries.
“No State or country has ever released record-level public health data on any vaccine,” says Kirsch. “Privacy is not the reason for this; the data can be easily obfuscated (which we did on this data) so that no record entry would match that of any person, living or dead.
“The reason the data is kept secret is simple: it would expose the fact that the covid vaccines are unsafe, as well as all the vaccines that I have been able to get record-level data on.”
In a statement released before the police raid, Kirsch said: “Today, thanks to a courageous whistleblower who works at the New Zealand Ministry of Health, we have record-level information from a large population of all ages and are making it public for the first time in history.”
The data has also been shown to UK MP Andrew Bridgen, who raised some of the findings in the UK Parliament where he called for the suspension of the covid vaccine, which was rejected by the Speaker who claimed the data had been “debunked”. But Bridgen told Peter Williams of Reality Check Radio the data had been partly analyzed by various scientists and it could not be debunked until the data was released in full.
Dr Matt Shelton, spokesman for NZ Doctors Speaking Out With Science, told Williams there were no doubts that people were dying in the community excessively. As well, the data certainly “fitted the curve” of what his group and others around the world had been reporting.
He said Kirsch had given a 30,000ft view of the obfuscation that he had struck and the NZ doctors as well in trying to get proper data. He said the data had already been checked by suitably qualified statisticians such as Norma Fenton from the UK group HART, whose members are highly qualified doctors, scientists, economists, psychologists and other academic experts aiming to widen the covid debate.
UK Brexit Party candidate Jim Ferguson said the New Zealand government was desperate to stop this information getting out. “They have failed. Massive numbers dying in New Zealand as a result of the mandated vaccinations that were forced on the people by World Economic Forum cultist Jacinda Ardern when she was Prime Minister,” he posted on X.
The New Zealand group Voices for Freedom released a statement saying the whistleblower contacted them a couple of years ago and he wanted to wait until he had a more substantial data set. “We checked in periodically and had a legal team and investigative journalist ready to tackle the story in 2021. Despite this, he was not ready to speak up.
“It turns out that VFF was one of a number of organisations contacted by the whistleblower over the past two years. In fact, one organisation worked for eight months with the whistleblower in 2022/23, investing time, money, and travel on devising an arrangement for him to send the data set to independent data analysts overseas.”
The group said the whistleblower told Liz Gunn, a political candidate, about the data in the hope she would use Parliamentary privilege, but that did not eventuate. “Instead, Liz put out a teaser video against the whistleblower’s wishes, which undercut entirely the organisation he’d been working with.”
VFF said whistleblower was disappointed with this action and asked for their help to make contact with a specific influential team overseas. “Given everything that had happened: the contacting of the various groups, the investment of time already made by the other organisation and the problematic way the story had been broken without any comprehensive analysis to accompany it, we suggested that the whistleblower go back to the organisation he had been working with to honour those efforts.”
In an interview with Gunn, Young said he was involved in implementing a pay-per-dose scheme for vaccine providers. “I helped build it. I implemented it. When I was looking up the data I noted discrepancies with the dates of death. People were dying almost straight away after being injected and that sort of prompted my curiosity and I dug a little deeper,” he said.
“I am a scientist by nature. I love science. I’ve got a masters degree in science, the Karl Sagan version of science … It’s beautiful thing, science is all about being sceptical and curious at the same time. We shouldn’t be criticised for being sceptical we shouldn’t be vilified for having a different opinion, we should be allowed to have that. This is what science is, its not about consensus…. the science is being different, asking questions.”
Young said he had been vaccinated in the past, but whether I’ll get another one is a different story. However he could not be labeled an anti-vaxxer as he helped build a vaccination system. But he added he was definitely pro choice “and I do believe in fundamental freedoms of humans and we shouldn’t have a procedure forced on us because of a mandate … that is a huge overreach by the government.”
