The Court System does not work
The Court System is a shambles
THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT NEED TO SEND IN ..
PROFESSIONAL TIME MANAGEMENT PEOPLE ..
TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM ..
AND SORT OUT THE CHAOS ..
AND SET UP A STRUCTURED FRAMEWORK FOR THESE PEOPLE TO WORK IN ..
AN EFFICIENT SYSTEM THAT WORKS ..
MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF VALUABLE TAX PAYER MONIES ARE BEING WASTED ..
ON A SYSTEM THAT RUNS ACCORDING TO ..
“HOW EVERYONE IN THE SYSTEM FEEL ON THE DAY”
“AND HOW CLOSE TO LUNCHTIME IT IS”
“AND WEATHER WE CAN BE BOTHERED COMING BACK AFTER LUNCH”
“HEAVEN FORBID THEY WORK 5 MINUTES INTO LUNCH TIME”
I was there at 9.00 am & at TEN MINUTES TO 1.00pm LUNCH TIME – I was told to go home & that everything would be finalised without me – was the only one left & of course they could not work 5 minutes into THEIR lunch break to accommodate me – nor they did not want to come back to work after lunch – they wanted the afternoon off – my case was not finalised that day as the told me it would – I had to come back – only to have to repeat the process a few weeks later – where the same thing happened – only this time I was let to go home immediately I spoke to police & police prosecutor – now I am told that we may have to go through this process several times – all I want is a full restraining order – 5 minutes in court – BUT WE ARE TOLD TO EXPECT TO WAIT ALL DAY FOR 5 MINUTED IN FRONT OF HIS/HER HONOR.
This is the biggest load of horse shit I have ever experienced.
We The People Need To Actively Seek That ..
TIME MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS ARE ENGAGED TO SORT OUT THE MISHMASH SOAPY DRAMA THAT IS THE COURT SYSTEM ..
How much is it costing the TAX PAYER / precious monies from the government coffers for my Intervention Order to be postponed over & over again & me to keep reappearing at court.
WE CANNOT AFFORD THIS.
Something need to be done urgently.
These people are not the full quid.
