Victoria police approach an elderly lady while seated on a park bench. Police request the ladies name and address for not complying with the current new laws which state, face masks must be worn in public. The lady then refuses, and is placed under arrest until police were able to verify her details.
Victoria police have arrested and charged a young woman in Melbourne who was captured on video allegedly being choked and pinned to the ground by a police officer. In video footage posted initially on social media, the woman – who was subsequently found to have had an exemption for not wearing a mask.
